Really really good texture
Fan-freaking-tastic!!! I did these with some sauteed bell peppers green onion and chicken and I added some cheese sauce and it made the most wonderful dish it doesn't have a taste to it really so you really have to make sure you season your other foods it just adds the most wonderful texture and you feel like you're eating pasta. I cooked my chicken and sauteed onions and bell peppers in the skillet I seasoned everything really well then I added these noodles in the skillet with the rest of the food because they don't have much of a taste and they're only really adding texture you have to make sure you season your food really well but they hold the sauce really well they give it that great feeling and texture of eating pasta

Versatile and filling
I love these noodles. I adjust my carb intake on a regular basis, although I do not eat a low-carb diet. On the days that my carb intake is lower, I will incorporate these noodles into my evening meal. It helps to add bulk to my meal and make it more satiating without adding a bunch of carbohydrates, which could lead to increased water retention in the morning. The noodles take on whatever seasoning I use. One of my favorite ways to prepare these noodles is to make a stir-fry with veggies, tofu, Miracle Noodles and season it with red pepper flakes, almond butter, and coco aminos. Makes a great evening meal!

This batch not worth it.
I have been buying this brand of fettuccine noodles for months now. I don’t know what happened, but each bag of the five bags I ordered and the five bags my son ordered were like tough cellophane noodles with water on it. They were so different from normal I didn’t even try them to see what the flavor would be. Even my garbage disposal would not take them. It clogged it up. I would normally recommend these I must’ve gotten hold of a bad batch. I will be buying these from my local store going forward.

Good replacement
No smell, no taste is what sold me. Definitely a good replacement, texture is noodle like but a little more chewier definitely doesn’t break easily . It’s good. I’ve tried something similar in past and it was fishy smelling and tasting. It was immediately no. This one took on the flavor of my soup I poured over it.First rinse really well placed in bowl heating the noodles in microwave for 1min.

Very nice texture
The taste is very neutral, a plus for me because it will absorb the suece flavors!!

Used to like these...
Basically flavorless which is fine as you make your own sauce.Portions are small. This would serve one person.I started getting these more expensive noodles because I preferred the texture to the ones at the local Asian market. Sadly, I decided to buy like a dozen of them... half of them have noodles so chewy/stiff/hard that I threw them out. The other have are quite nice... but that basically doubles the price of these things.

Closest thing you can get to a real noodle but with a warning
These are my favorite low carb vegetable paste noodles however please be aware that they are a choking hazard if you're not careful the texture is so slippery that if you don't sit-up perfectly straight or take big bites you can choke on them noodles they can end up in your wind pipe so if you feed them especially to elderly people or children make sure they sit-up straight up straight and take small bites and don't talk while they're eating. The texture is firm, not like pasta, so it is very possible to chew on a long noodle while the opposite end of that same noodle slipped down your throat, or windpipe, already and you have some quick chewing to do in order to separate that noodle - or cough the whole noodle back up. Believe me!!!

Made in China . . . ?
They don't taste bad. Actually they don't taste like anything, they pick up the flavor of whatever you put on them. I used butter, salt and parmesean cheese and they were actually quite edible. What I didn't like is that I could not figure out where they were made. The description and their website talk about USDA organic and that the Konjac plant is from Japan, but no where does it state that they are actually made in China. As ok tasting as these are, I don't want my food to come from China. I just don't trust their manufacturing process.
