Elbow Sleeve and Brace (Large, Black) Includes 2 Elbow Sleeves and 2 Elbow Braces

I gave 3 stars because it arrived with no instructions! So we look at the picture and hope we are doing it right.There are two of them. Extra large was too tight for a 161/2 in bicep. At least I think it's too tight. Would have helped to know more about how to use it correctly. It didn't seem right that it would cut off the blood supply in my arm. So I put the strap on by itself. Was it in the right place to help? I have no idea. No instructions.Other than that the product was fine.

Well made. Ordered a large and is a little tight but wearable.

I have bone fragments on my elbow, and the orthopedic docs have not decided what to do with them yet. This does a pretty good job immobilizing it, even though I have a chubby arm and it's a little snug.

Get a size up I got a large measured correctly and is extremely tight.

Sleeves work well with alleviating the tingling but the braces are uncomfortable.

came with 2 arm and two smaller elbow protectors....fits snug but not too tight....be sure to follow measuring instructions when you order...
