Love this bag! It's super simple but very stylish and durable. I wouldn't recommend packing very heavy.

Great quality. Little small, but super cute!

Both of my daughters (11th grade and 8th grade) have kanken backpacks. The bags are on the small side, but I like that this forces my girls to be organized and to not have super heavy bags. They are cute and very high quality. There is room in them for a couple of binders, notebooks, a laptop, and a pencil case.

Love the style and color of this backpack. Holds a ton, and durable and waterproof material. I’ve used it several times for traveling. Only a few things, the zipper sometimes gets caught (zipper completely broke on my first bag but only after a few years of wear & tear), and could easily break if overstuffed. Color does not withstand frequent wear, material does get faded and scratchy looking after sometime. Pretty light weight and compact. Causes shoulder discomfort after a while if overpacked, there is no shoulder support on the straps. Overall I really like this bag mostly for the colors and style, not so much for practicality.

I use this everyday, it’s the best thing!

After a few uses the bag starts discoloring. It turns into some whitish stain like patch. There are far better options out there

Ho acquistato questo zaino perche’ lo avevo visto anni fa in Norvegia. Da qualche tempo e’ venduto anche in Italia e l’ho acquistato per il tempo libero e per un viaggio nel sud della Spagna programmato fra 2 settimane. Il colore è bellissimo: tonalità di Viola stupenda. Spero nel tempo non scolorisca. Lo zaino, sebbene non l’abbia ancora utilizzato molto, è di dimensioni giuste, ne’ grande ne’ piccolo contiene alla perfezione il mio mac book air da 13 pollici. Non ha molte tasche ma quelle che ha a mio avviso bastano. Il cuscinetto di gomma piuma all’interno protegge anche la schiena. Le cinghie sembrano resistenti e di colore in tinta con il resto. Consiglio l’acquisto a tutti: zaino di qualità, bello esteticamente, colore stupendo, comodo perche’ sottile, si può piegare e mettere in valigia. E’ arrivato settimana scorsa puntuale come sempre e con buon imballaggio, quindi non saprei esprimermi in termini di durata nel tempo.

I bought this as a gift for my niece and she is thrilled and exactly the colour she wanted (Royal Blue (goose eye and the colour is exactly as you see it on Amazon) . It is an original and well made, should last years. If the rucksack is to be filled with heavy books then it may be necessary to additionally invest in shoulder pads as the straps have no padding. Be warned, these raise the price of the rucksack by almost a quarter again. You can choose a colour that contrasts with the rucksack itself to make the look more individual. I understand that Kanken's can fade in colour with time but too soon to comment on this and I think it is in any case part of the style.
