I bought the OEX Bobcat 1 person tent from Millets Online on Amazon. My brother already owned this tent and uses it for wild camping so I knew I would like it. I love it! Its really good value but is excellent quality. Have used it a few times now and it hasn't disappointed. Some people say the flexible pole is tight and tricky to fit but you just need to practice putting the tent up a couple of times before going out for real. Once its been up, the pole becomes much easier to fit..at least for me I don't have any trouble with it. In fact the single pole design makes it simple and fast to put up. I have used it in on several wild camping trips in bad weather and it's never let me down. The tent is big enough for one person and I also managed to keep my 80L rucksack, hiking boots and other bits and bobs inside the tent since there is a storage area between the outside fly sheet and the inner compartment. I am slightly under 6ft and have enough room. Its designed for sleeping in and not much else but that keeps it nice and light and small. I love it...

I bought this in 2021 and have used it many times. It's totally waterproof having been in this during torrential rain on the South West Coast Path. I later bought the OEX Expedition Tarp to put over the tent and create a front canopy for cooking. A great set up.

Product arrived on time and as described. Previously owned this tent years ago so familiar with it. Very quick and easy to set up. 100% waterproof and just large enough for 1 person. For budget wild camping it can't be beaten

An extremely well thought out and well made design. Easy to erect outer first or all together. Single pole at first seems very long, but fits easily with the pole tension adjuster at one end of the tent ridge. One thing is strange.....on the right-hand side of the inner there is a stitched-in zip stop, cannot work out why. The integral foyer floor is an excellent addition. All in all a simple to erect and comfortable product of superb quality.

I spent 2 nights in this tent. It is definitely a 1 person tent, but it is really well made. Totally waterproof and very simple to put up. I've been camping for over 40 years and had many tent of all sizes. This is perfect for a weekend.

The overlong poles are a big problem. I had heard that there was a bad batch of poles so some are genuinely difficult to fit. They are very hard to fit in even before a long day hiking/walking. Can't imagine doing it in the rain/at night/when tired. Had to return the tent which was a shame as Everything else about it seemed decent.

Yes this tent is small but that's the point, quick to pitch, quick to pack away and once you get used to the size you realize it's properly cozy, and you have enough room to relax If you sit in the middle, great tent

Excellent 1 man tent. It is defiantly Green not khaki as in the picture but this is not a worry as I am happy with the colour. A number of YouTube videos on small mods are available but so far these have not been needed I am very happy with my Bobcat. My go to tent for bike packing .. I have used a tracking pole and some extra lines to hold out the door as a cover to the vestibule, this works very well if you have a tracking pole or extra pole to use.
