Graffitiable DIY Decoration Masks

Received and immediately went to test fit it on. I read a comment by a recent review stating the screws just keep spinning. One side of the clamp that goes over the magwell is hollow and the other side of the clamp has brass threading. Screw to that using the hollow screw holes first, not the other way around. Hopefully he figured that out by now, as he’s even showing that he has the side with the brass fitting. Anyway, slapped it on and immediately noticed the magwell clamp jostles. Was feeling like some of the reviews of poor fitting were on point. Decided to slap one of the decorative pieces on and at first I began to think this was poor casting as the decorative housing (skull in my case) walls were leaning in like a V shape rather than what I assumed should be a U shape. With a little *grrrr and umpf* it snapped into place.Then the aha moment kicked in for me. The decorative faces are like vice grips, cause one they’re on, it tightens the magwell clamping piece and the jostle is gone. Snug as a bug. Which brings my own set of concerns about vibrations and wearing down my anodized coating around the magwell. I’ll likely modify a bit more and and 3M thin padding to prevent any of that.Also, I can’t imagine these fitting anything but a standard receivers. Before you buy, check your magwell for customized or irregular proprietary lip overhang on the magwell. If you have V shaped, lager than standard magwell lip, and all the other variants like Rankins Industries receiver, don’t buy it.

Not bad for price. Wish it came with better mounting screws, going to have to add my own due to one screw not tightening (is the single screw on that side). None the less I put a new screw in and it tightened. With the helmets on it adds to the snug fit but they are way too tight. You need to remove them with a flathead screwdriver or knife. Not ideal if you plan to paint!

I liked the product, but after a bit of looking at it I realized it’s not necessarily worth the price of what I paid because I prefer without them but that’s my opinion on them. Nothing wrong with the product whatsoever.

The media could not be loaded.  The red one actually broke so I had to throw it away, tried to superglue but it wasn’t enough. Overall I love these things, the base for your ar platform needs a bit more detail considering the one eye of the decals has visible screw hole. (I painted them myself)

Looks awesome once on, take note this is not a direct bolt on. You will have to massage it a little around the trigger guard, but no big deal! Nice feel, adds to a more comfortable grip, don't give up you can make it fit.

Looks great. Fits snug. Had to sand down one small bit on each side to fit on M&P 15-22. Used a bench grinder and it was easy to fix. After that it went right on. I'd buy it again

My husband wanted to try these out and he picked these because of the different styles- he didn't want any plain ones.He said they were a little difficult to get on but once they were they fit great.Now he wants me to paint them....🙄
