The Sparnod Fitness STH-2150 is a good treadmill for home workouts. I'm really happy with it. Setup was quick and easy. I had it installed and running the same day. It feels sturdy and runs smoothly, making it great for daily use. It’s good value for the price too. It’s pretty quiet, though I did notice a bit of creaking now and then. Still, totally worth it for home workouts! Using a voltage stabilizer is recommended. The only thing I feel is missing is the inclination feature. I’ve been waiting to hear back from the seller about it.

The media could not be loaded. 3 months later, the machine starts giving incline problems. After walking (not running) at an incline of 2 for 30 min, if the machine is stopped incline goes to zero and starts rising automatically upto maximum. Technician came and troubleshot, confirming that the incline motor is gone back (in just 3 months). 20-25 days later an incline motor was sent but the part number was wrong (Original was YSDJ-30 with 30 W power and RPM of 1450 r/min whereas replacement was YSJ-30 with 16W power RPM of 36 r/min). Since the replacement rod was not big enough the problem was unsolved. So another replacement was ordered and this time the same wrong part was received but with a bigger rod. Post installation problem was solved for 2 days and reoccurred.Purchase in 3 week of Feb, Complaint requested 2nd week of Jun, replacement with temporary resolution happened on 10th Aug and 12th Aug issue reoccurred. Its 10th Oct and the technician has come back to check. Funny resolution being given is that don't walk for 30 min given 5 min breaks in mid. If this machine cannot handle a 30 min walk, its a shame to call it a treadmill. First attitude was to avoid fixing the problem and instead have the customer use the machine less to avoid motor heating. BTW technician visiting the site are never Sparnod employees / techs, but some outsourced techs who are generic technicians (some who don't even know where the on/off button is) and are on calls with some other technician to execute on site tasks. At such a bizarre solution being given, i literally lost my cool and after demanding to speak to the on call technician and that I would have to take a legal route for them behaving like frauds and selling poor quality treadmills, a senior technician came on call and has asked for the PCB and incline motor to be both sent to Mumbai for troubleshooting. Jun to Oct and the machine is lying around like a furniture waiting for fix. Just hoping that the parts being sent to Mumbai results in actual problem resolution.If you are planing to buy SPARNOD, tread with caution and be mentally prepared for poor quality product. If you have a problem and you are sending a video, don't expect they would see it properly as I have had to explain the problem to atleast 4-5 different people even after sending the video both times the issue has happened.
