Definitely worth it BUT...
September: Happy to say that it's great. Haven't until today worked out how the poo bag dispenser/torch bit worked. It slid out when a lead got caught round it.Haven't mastered applying the brakes yet. Maybe I am a slow learner.October: After one month's further use, with two 15kg cocker spaniels on the end, I am sad to report that the brakes no longer work. I have had several near misses when I have needed to keep the dogs close to me.The leads twist on themselves and won't retract without some encouragement. The poo bag dispenser/torch bit is absolutely indispensable - I use it for navigating my way to the toilet during the night without stepping on any sleeping dogs or waking the husband.

Stopped locking after 5 times use.
At first I was happy, both dogs are independent of each other with this so they pull less. If one stops for toilet or a sniff, they don't get pulled by the other dog. I found it easy to control the extentions and lock them. I was disappointed that the spinner doesn't spin properly and I had to keep doing it manually. It's really annoying to keep having to untangle the dogs. Sadly after using it just 5 times, the retractable orange lead has stopped working and no longer locks which happened on my walk. I had to wind the lead around my hand for the rest of the walk and then the leads were completely tangled by the time I got to the car and hand purple! Im not sure how much I trust the leads not to fully break and and the tapes seem quite thin so I wouldn't buy another one. Great lead if it did what it is supposed to and I had faith in the leads not breaking. Small Cocker and Pug so well within weight.

Lead does not retract
Very disappointed with the lead, have only used one side whilst getting my 4 mth old golden retriever used to going out, but giving her a bit of freedom to roam further than a normal lead. (so only been used for last few weeks.) the green lead will now not retract and just hangs which is no good when i need to get her to come to me. She weighs less that 16 kg so no way was the weight too much Just checked amazon and the latest return date was yesterday, so gutted as i was getting on really well with the lead.

No good
Started off great but after a couple of weeks of use it doesn’t lock and I was frightened it would come away and my dog’s would be loose , it would not hold once you put it in lock , now I have two small dogs very light so , it was more then enough for the weight on it

Easier for walking two dogs.
So much easier than having to hold two leads, especially the rotating untangling feature. Buttons relatively easy to push down, but a ‘push button’ to lock the lead temporarily to rein one of, or both the dogs, in, would be useful, rather than having to lock the lead and pull dog(s) in manually, then release lock for lead to wind in. So far so good. I have only used the lead 3 times as yet. The tape leads seem quite strong, but we will see how it wears, as the last dual lead I had, my dachshund size dog managed to pull sharply to chase a squirrel! and the cord snapped! Only had the lead three months, and it was a present, so did not have order no. to get back to Amazon.

Great product, bad appearance and delivery
When I received this product the package looked like it had been thrown about. The light doesn't work and the actual item was all scratched. Not happy with the actual presentation of this item. As for the use of the item its really good and more managable when you have more than 1 dog to walk.

Better than 2 separate leads
Works ok but had to manually spin it though that’s still easier than unbraiding tangled leads. The light stopped working after a couple of uses so sent it back to be replaced just before Xmas. Hopefully when new one turns up it will be better.

Great idea, but didn’t last long!
I found this quiet heavy! I was fine using it but it might be tricky for other people, I’ve used the lead 10 or so time now and it’s broken, which is very disappointing!! I have small dogs (Border terriers) one being a puppy, the adult jumped on a nearly full stretch of the extension and it pulled off - much to my dogs amusement.
