Stop scrolling and buy it!
This bug exploder 5000 is super effective! Nothing like a loud POP folowed by the smoking ramains of your household/ backyard pests. I took the front girll off to maximise effectiveness and let me tell you, there's a line out the door for those invited to this high voltage disco! Easy enough to clean and lasts years with regular bulb replacements.

It does the job but the court is a little bit short 🤷♀️ as you see there was a Mosquito🦟 Hanging in there, overall is great

45 days old and the lights do not work
UPDATE 8/24 : Plugged it in last night and no lights - I did hear a "snap" of the grid though. This morning I changed the bulb with the spare that came with it and still no lights. Without the light it's useless. So it didn't last 45 days - can anyone suggest one made In the US perhaps?First off, this is NOT for outdoors. It literally says on the box "For Interior Use only"

Product lamps both failed after less than 4000 hours, but the vendor replaced entire unit for free.
This product originally worked fine attracting and killing mosquitos, having arrived Sep 7, 2023. But by February 2024 (well under 4,000 hours later) the lamps would no longer light up, and I could find no guidance on getting them replaced. (The grid pair continued to spark when a screwdriver comes near them, so that part was still working.) Why had the lamps failed so quickly? To compensate me for my misfortune, the vendor offered to sell me an entirely new unit at half-price ($15), asserting that the lamps should nominally last 8,000 hours. But when I discovered that more modern LED-driven lamps in other products offer 30,000 hour lifetimes, and at no greater expense, I declined the offer, because investing in products using the older type of lamp made no sense. In response, the vendor then sent me a brand-new unit FOR FREE, which I have put to use, because it said it was determined for me to be a SATISFIED customer! Bravo.

Good but…
The electrical cord is short and the electric grid is only facing one side, the other side does not have an electrical grid.

Attracts bugs very well.
This wirks outdoors and indoors. The carcasses stay in the unit, no mess around it.

Quiet zapper 99 percent of the time
I have three (now four) f these in my home in the front range of Colorado. One outside of the dog door some 15 feet away. One within five feet of the dog door and one in my bedroom. It is rare for any of these to emit a loud zap but they catch plenty of whatever is attracted to them; mosquitoes, flying insects of all kinds, moths, etc. I use a high speed blower to clean out once a week as well as emptying the small drawer. Excellent.

Replacement bulbs almost impossible to find
The power cord is coming from the top of the item which shorten the link that you can use to plug it in. So you have to turn it upside down so the power cord is coming from the bottom. And the feed tray is obviously upside down because of it. The power cord should be on the bottom instead of the top. Also when the builbs went out it was almost impossible to find a replacement, 11in bulbs.
