The book is ridiculously expensive for no apparent reason! But it is a fine book, very thoughtfuland full of valuable information for students embarking on PhD dissertations or other advancedacademic writing.

I was looking for a book that described how to create new content in my Ph.D. writings, this book is the truth and I am so grateful that the authors wrote this "masterpiece!" The book explains step-by-step what original content is and how to add new context to standard thought.

This book is a differentiator in the book market, elucidating how to approach scholarly writing. Too often, we write for ourselves instead of writing for our readers. This book teaches us the art and science of academic writing. I will add it to my library. Academically intriguing and fascinating! Great academic asset!

This book differs from similar books by focusing on research strategies rather than research tools--the difference being that strategies are situated within a writing process and responses to the kind of challenges all writers face.

The authors make writing overly rigid and complex resulting in questionable value for most aspiring writers
