This pulley item is exactly what I wanted. There's so many different exercises that I can do with this. It's perfect. The max weight is 200 lbs. I'm excited about it. I hung it on the beam, it the perfect height and length.

I've been using this setup as part of my workout regimen for about a month and a half now. It generally gets used 4 days a week.If you have a squat cage and you're looking to add some cable exercises to your routine, this setup is perfect. The included cable is more than long enough for any setup and is adjustable (it will need to be adjusted) for length.The pulley operates smoothly and quietly. The included rope and bar handles are perfect for bicep curls and triceps push downs. With the carabiner attachments it's easy to switch handles or change the exercise setup. This product is such a steal! It’s super affordable BUT it does need the weights(sold separately). We hang ours on our cage and it’s great. The only issue I have with it is the swinging weights but it’s not that bad. The different handles are great quality and seem sturdy.

Very nice easy to use

My son bought this for his growing home gym. Unlike the pictures and description provided, this set came with a rope instead of a cable. I feel that a cable would be stronger and less likely to stretch under weight. It's probably not a huge deal, but it would be nice if it was packaged as advertised.

This system worked pretty well. I purchased it for working out during the pandemic. It functions just like the ones at the gym. The rope is not a plastic covered braided wire as I thought. It’s just a rope. You can’t move too quickly. This causes the weights to swing.
