Received wrong size. But got it corrected.
This is perfect for pole spear bands for shooting any kind of fish. When you receive your band just measure and be sure you got the correct outside diameter. I got a smaller OD. I emailed the seller and they shipped me out the right product right away with no questions asked.

Seems decent
I measured the sling rubber that I am purchasing this to replace which is why I bought this size. But I donโt think this is quite the same. This seems like it might not be as strong. I would go up a size next time. That said, I havenโt installed it yet so I canโt speak to the durability.

More powerful and durable than tubing supplied with Daisy P51.
More powerful and durable than tubing supplied with Daisy P51, and same replacements. Canโt yet comment on long term (sun) cracking.Daisy tubing repeatedly failed at edge of attachment to metal fork. Iโm experimenting with collar (two-layer, graduated) of shrink tubing (photos) to reinforce for focal, extreme expansion during recoil. I suspect it will help. Vinyl or silicone tape less likely to work. First photo shows how tubing narrows within this collar during draw (sorry about blurry focus).

just what I wanted
Arrived early, product as advertised. Used as elastic bands for a clay target launcher, works perfectly. Thanks.

Good quality pole spear band material.
Correct size tubing to re-sling JBL 32" & 36" pole spears. Rubber was in good shape and no dry rot from sitting on a shelf for an extended period, 10' yielded 6 slings. The Lionfish population in Cozumel is being thinned daily.

Small but very flexible
Product was exactly what I needed to hold our doggie seat cover in place on my Polaris Ranger

This rubber failed.
Made a polespear band last week and ended up being too long once I was in the water. Made two considerably shorter bands tonight and dry tested the stretch. First one completely snapped in half on me on the third pull. I inspected the the second band on the first and second pull and saw it starting to split in several areas. I then looked at the band I used this passed weekend and it too had stated to split. Ended up making bands out of the #408 rubbers, advertised for speargun use, and they passed the dry stretch test with no issues. They are cut to about the same length as these #606 rubbers.I'm not a strong guy. Only been spear fishing for about a year. No reason for these bands to bust so easily.

but this turned out to be a perfect match for the old straps
I wasn't sure about the size I needed for my old Hawaiian Sling pole spear, but this turned out to be a perfect match for the old straps. Came quick, too.
