Extremely carefully packed for transport and delivery. Instructions are clear and easy to understand - but there is a lot of information on the bottle and I needed both glasses and a magnifier to read them! Great product - tastes as delicious as you can make a fish oil which helps a lot! Would happily buy again.

My friend usually buys this for me, when she gets hers. I decided to order this one myself. The oil can be with or without flavours , but it contains all the good omega oils. Only need 5mls daily.

Taste great - no fishy aftertaste and no 'fish burps' either. Easy to digest.

You cannot taste the fish at all and it goes well to my daily smoothie to give me the healthy omega oils
