Really cool gift for anyone who is into magic.

The 2021 Core Set has some impressive cards and this is an inexpensive way to find them. Nice quality and feel to the cards and some really awesome artwork. Great way to collect.

Took a lot of consideration before I went ahead and bought this - haven't played since late 90s (6th Edition?), wanted to get some cards just to see how much has changed/maybe get back in to gaming. Saw lots of reviews on here about repacks, damages, shortages, etc. After finally deciding to go for it (it is $30, after all), I am glad I did. Everything came as described, nothing appeared to be tampered with and amazingly got quite a few foils that I wasn't expecting (you get the lands and such like it describes as well). All-in-all, I would buy this again without hesitation.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 14-year-old daughter and she loved it! It's much cheaper than buying 10 individual booster packs AND comes with an oversized Spindown dice and TWO sturdy boxes for holding dice and cards. She got a variety of commons and uncommons, and even some rares and mythic rares. I would definitely recommend this if you are getting a gift for someone who is into Magic: The Gathering.

It is exactly as it says it is. Do not listen to the reviews who don’t believe it to be an authentic WotC product. It certainly is, it was factory sealed had everything in it and was a great value. Even got lucky pulling 2 mythic rare cards one of them being a showcase planeswalker card. Everyone complaining about what they got don’t understand that the system is made to make it completely random what’s in the packs.

I am really torn because this is by far, the best feeling quality cards I’ve gotten from MTG in some time. However, I am totally unimpressed with the cards in this Core set. My opinion is totally subjective, I am biased towards sets like Ikora, so if you didn’t enjoy Khan, Eldrazi, Ikora-type sets the way I do you may love the 2021 Core Set. I do have to give it credit because there are of course a handful of awesome cards, I didn’t get anything Earth-shattering but I did get a couple neat ones, only one mythic. The lands are beautiful but less impressive than Nyx, but the burnt ones were neat (I got 2 burned cards out of all the boosters). The die is really elegant and a great addition to my collection. Overall I feel like it was worth the money but I didn’t enjoy this set as much as others that have come out recently. Maybe I just got a bad draw.Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re a new player, lots of reprints and refreshes. Art is pretty cool, couple of dinos if you’re into that.I don’t feel the product was tampered with, it was sealed without the WOC seal but none of the sets I’ve gotten in the last year have had them, just clear plastic.

I love how these boxes come with so many extras to them, such as the promotional card that’s guaranteed in every box. I’d been looking for that one for a while now, and was pleased to get it for my commander deck. And while I know that it’s completely random as to which cards are obtained from the packs in each box, I’m still stoked that I was able to pull the most sought-after Planeswalker card of this expansion from the box I’d gotten. I’m going to have to build another blue-based deck because of it~

The cards that were in this were pretty nice, got some great pulls, and the lands boi let me tell you about the lands. They were sexy.
