I bought a two pack of the spray and one came broken but dealing w/ the seller directly was great. They were very helpful and rectified the situation for me. I was very pleased considering customer service is not great now a days.In regards to the product. I like the smell. It's not overpowering to me and my dogs didn't seem to even be affected by "a smell". I thought the product worked as we went for a trail walk and I didn't see many swarming or landing around my dogs. I was impressed. I have only used it once but I am thankful it's safe for dogs and I'm pleased w/ my purchase and their service.

I've been using Nantucket Spider for a while now - I'm a tick magnet. So I figured the pet version might help the dog too since she insists that we must play ball every day no matter the heat, humidity, or the fact that we border wetlands.She HATED it! Obsessed over the scent - had to rinse her down to calm her down. But - since the pet version is also safe for humans, just more for me. But the number one reason I didn't give it 5-starts overall was because they've changed the locking system on the sprayer, and because I am old and have a hard time getting a firm grip on the small tab, I actually can only open it with a garden glove. Ugh.

Ordered the two pack which advertised one bottle of tick and one bottle of flea repellents. Received 2 bottles of tick repellent. Unfortunately can’t return as both bottles have been unsealed. Lack of attention to packing. Disappointed as this stuff is not inexpensive.
