A Feminist revenge fantasy story!
Edge play is a smutty fun, feminist revenge fantasy story. It's a great read. It tells the story of it Amy Lefevre, a gorgeous young investment banker, up until the stock market collapses and her whole world came crashing down – meanwhile she meets her saviour Erika, who is a dominatrix/best friend. Let's just say that Amy was given an offer by Erika that was "too good to refuse".I had great fun reading Jane Boons "Edge Play"I would recommend Edge Play to anyone who enjoys a good feminist revenge story, Also, those who enjoy reading about S&M / Female Dominants.Much Kink Love@podopheleus

a new writer has arrived
An excellent book , very sharp style, very Easton Ellis detail and excellent dungeon details , she certainly tells how it is. At times I was reminded of Looking for Mr Goodbar and Going Down and all my other New York stories. At times I was reminded of 50 shades. Much of the business speak was over my head. But its an exciting book , however I felt rather flat by the ending [ so I can only hope its a series so we get more of Amy / Dan].

Half a book
It is very rare that you read a book that is so uneven. The first half of this book is gripping and full of intrigue. Yet the second half of this book feels either rushed or like the author ran out of steam. This leaves you closing the book on such a downer, that your impression is ruined. With regards the BDSM elements of this book, if you are into kink then there is probably enough in the first half of the book for you but if you are looking for a book that explores domination and submission this is not for you. The main female character does not enjoy dominating men, the main male character doesn’t submit to her will.Save your money and look elsewhere!!

Great new book and author
I enjoyed this book. I don't want to share too much as it will spoil it should you read it. However...interesting storyline combining Wall Street crash/big short scenarios with Fem Domme action and romance. The plot twists and turns. It is not predictable. I enjoyed the authors attention to detail. The sex scenes were hot. The characters believable and descriptions of food, fashion and culture enjoyable. I read it to the end which is not always the case. Definitely worth a read.

Racy, adult content, great plot, page turner
Before I read this book I knew a lot about the financial crash but not much about S&M. In that sense reading it completed my education. It’s a real page turner and very racy from page one. What an imagination, if it is all her imagination.......

Un-putdownable
This is a real 'bonkbuster'. Absolutely intriguing. I can't wait for Boon's second novel..

Compelling
Wall Street meets Fifty Shades meets The Big Short. Greed is good, but real power, in this 'edgy' thriller comes at the lash end of a whip.

A very impressive debut!
A very impressive debut. Empowering, edgy and, yes, whip-smart. :-) I can't wait to read more by Jane!
