It makes some really great half-pound hamburgers they fit nicely in a standard bun
You can make some pretty awesome stuff burgers with it but there's a few tricks that you have to figure out that might make it easier for customers if they knew in advance and one is that you need to be sure and work your hamburger meat while it is cold as possible once it starts the warm-up it does tend to want to stick everywhere and not work as well for my own purposes I found leaving the flat disk out of the center of it and just putting a piece of wax paper underneath it works a lot better another good point is that if you seen The infomercials about the burger press it just doesn't go bang bang bang in your done it takes a little bit of time to work them and patience I do like it well enough I bought a second one that way I can use the small insert when I'm making the depression to stuff them with and then when I'm smoothing the the top layer on I have that second handle it's already assembled in you're not trying to with greasy hands take that on and off as your stamping them

It's a miracle, I look like I know what I'm doing
I'm but a simple man: I eat meat, especially burgers, and how I've done that has changed over the time. Initially, it was just fast food. Eventually it was frozen "gourmet" patties from Costco (which are still amazing in my opinion), but there really is something special about making your own patty. Unfortunately, handpacking the patties when you're as dumb as me makes them look more like meatloaf or mountains instead of hamburger patties, or you get uneven patties across multiple handpacked. The great thing about this tool is you get consistency, it's easy to clean, and easy to work with. This has increased my burger game tenfold, really making it seem like I'm knowledgeable in the kitchen. Everyone loves burger nights now, and it's fun to customize the stuffing that each person wants without much work. Just lay out your ingredients, pack the ground beef and patties, and cook 'em. The only downside is that I've learned creating too thick of a burger patty can make it hard to cook thoroughly and evenly across the patty, but if anyone has suggestions and/or tips/tricks on what their favorite burger stuffings are, let me know!

Great Buy, But Kind of Time Consuming
I don't know about any of you, but this product was very tedious. You have to put the meat in the press, detatch the larger part, indent (for stuffing), add more meat, reattach the larger part of the press, and press the patty to get rid of any empty space inside. Don't get me wrong, it's a great product, but it takes up to 2 minutes to make a single patty. It's a lot easier to make the indention yourself and make the patty in less than a minute. I won't deduct any stars from my rating, because it's still a good product for it's 3 functions. If you can't really tell by my picture, I stuffed mine with mushrooms. One more thing, you might wanna spray the press with oil so your patty doesn't stick too much.

Not for veggie burgers
I suspect I could get the hang of using this for hamburgers, but I wouldn't need it for hamburgers, myself, and if you don't want to make 'stuffed burgers', it's a little bit over-elaborate. Still, you're not paying a lot extra for the elaboration, and you can ignore that part.I haven't used mine to make actual hamburgers. I've tried veggie burgers, though, and I cannot get the thing to release cleanly, even with cooking spray. If you have this problem with ground beef, I'd recommend warming the mix to room temperature just before pressing the burgers and then hurrying it either to grill or freezer.Otherwise . . . it works OK. But not well enough that I'm probably going to bother using it instead of just making patties by hand.

Not perfect but really good value
This is a simple, easy product and we really like it. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is we wanted to make sausage patties (the large size) to fit on an English muffin for our Hamilton Beech sandwich maker, but there was a lot of shrinkage. Next time we try it I think we'll have to make them thicker than we wanted and then smush them flatter and wider once they're on the griddle. But it works easily and is simple to clean.

The pictures speak for themselves!!! Love it...
This makes thee best stuffed in middle with cheese burgers ever, they tend to round off when grilled and look small in bun but one bite flattens the burger and cheese oozes out, I stuffed mine with some habaneros and what nots too, err pepperonis, but all in all makes great regular burgers too, but it is just too much fun stuffing shredded cheese in these burger I may never go back to just plain regular flat burgers again!!!

Ignore the bad reviews for this one
I like it. I'm not sure what others mean by 'too many pieces' - they all fit neatly together for perfect storage. The product works as you would expect. Takes a few times to figure out the right portions, and you won't make stuffed burgers as quickly. Yes, the meat does stick a little, PAM helps, and it does take some time to make the burgers. But, in the end, it works just how you would expect, and it really does make nice sized burgers, big and small, thick or thin - whatever you desire. For the price - a very good product.

Higher quality burger press
Comes in a nice box for storage, so you don't lose the smaller parts. The meat comes off easily. I haven't made sliders at this point (and probably won't). I like the marks it makes on the burger. It is quite nonstick and cleans easily. The one I'm comparing this to, is an old Tupperware press that I've used for 30 years.
