Is this a suitable size mask for an eleven year old boy

I bought two - one for myself (65 years old) and one for my son, a 30 year old adult, and both fit well. But I don't know if it would seal well on an 11 year old.

Does it work as a fully dry snorkle? E.g it does not let any water in at all, even when diving under?
