It's a solid product.

These probiotics actually helped me feel normal for the first time in my life (when I started taking them). I always had digestive issues since as long ago as I can remember, so I thought I'd finally try a probiotic and it helped me! I can still remember how awesome it felt to eat a meal and not feel like I needed to hurl or become bloated. It was so amazing to feel normality for the first time ever. I unfortunately didn't realise I ran out so I'm back to my same ol' self waiting for my shipment to come in, so now I know for sure that it is indeed the probiotics that helped me feel amazing. I would highly recommend!

I didn't like this product. It caused some side effects for me. I quit taking it.

This is a good product. Have tried probiotics before and this one is different from those. I eat a Paleo diet mostly (about 95%) and really didn't feel a probiotic supplement was needed and, in the past, probiotics made no difference in my system. This time, however, I am trying to lose some weight without limiting food (because I love food) and almost everything I read said to take a probiotic, so purchased Pro-20. Within 2 days it was working and now, after about 2 weeks, have lost 3 pounds. Will definitely purchase again.

It did nothing, did not help and did not pass the probiotic milk test

Seems to be working fine, digestive track is more on a normal trrack. No more issues with bloating and gas. It took about 2 weeks of (2) a day toget things back to normal, then I went to one a day and it seems to be working out fine.

This is my second one and still didn't see any results
