How long will they hold the carbonation for?

So far we know at least two days. We haven't tested it for any longer though. Love the can lids though.

Do these fit 7.5 oz can?

Sorry, not sure of the 7.5 size. Perfect on the 12 oz soda cans. Work great as I sip on 1 soda all day. The soda doesn't go flat.

If I put one on an open can of soda, then put the can in my backpack, will it leak everywhere?

It does seal pretty good. But there are those imperfections or dents in the soda cans that allow it to leak. I would not recommend using this in a backpack. You will have a mess. These lids are only if you open the can and don't drink all of it at one time. It keeps dirt and bugs from ruining your drink. Much cleaner.

Are these individually packaged for resale?

No, these are not individually wrap. Great product!
