HEYSTOP Case Compatible with Nintendo Switch Dockable Clear TPU Protective Case Cover Compatible with Nintendo Switch Grip with a Switch Tempered Glass Screen Protector and 6 Thumb Stick Caps

Got a Switch and immediately sought to look for a good case and screen cover. Found it surprisingly hard to find what I wanted, just a simple minimalistic condom like cover. So I bought a couple of tempered glass protectors instead, but cancelled the order when I came across this which was pretty much when I wanted.When you receive it, be sure to put the screen protector on first. I got a bit trigger happy and put it in the Sleeve straight away, and was already quite happy with it. It's possible you could also use it without the screen protector if you like and it will still give you some protection as the bumper raises the surface of the Switch so if it falls face down, the screen doesn't hit the floor.Nevertheless I put the screen protector on of course. It's a bit fiddly overall but that's to be expected. They give you a little alcohol wipe and a "Dust absorber" which is just a sticky label. This bit took me by surprise as I didn't particularly want to attach a stick label to the newly cleaned screen, but it did pick up some dust, so I guess it's kinda useful. I don't think you have to use it if your screen is new/clean enough. Attaching the tempered glass is fairly straightforward otherwise, you just need to make sure it aligns perfectly with the edges, it took me about two attempts. Luckily it's quite easy to "peel" back off, it's not adhesive as far as I saw, it's more like hard plastic static that creates the bond. There's a cool "schewwiuww" noise that happens when you unpeel it from the screen. Don't recommend doing it often though.As mentioned in other reviews, it really is a snug fit to dock. Does make me feel *slightly* uncomfortable but everything seems to be fine, so let's see. Other than that everything fits like a glove pretty much.The joycon protectors are very easy to fit, easier than the screen condom. One slightly confusing element that wasn't described was there are multiple joystick pads. I wasn't sure why, as they're slightly different size, but I applied the clear ones and they're perfect, adding a little bit of grip, it feels quite comfortable. The coloured ones are a bit higher and feel a bit more like an old school joy stick, I think that was what they were going for. Either way, it's nice they give you a choice of different styles and colours. The clear one is the one that suits me the best though.All in all, I looked at quite a few different bundles and individuals, and at the price and quality, I'm fairly confident you'll be safe in purchasing this, it seems to be one of, if not the best. Great for a starter kit ie if you just got one and want protection straight away to protect your new Switch. If it was more money, I'd probably give it a 4, it's not *quite* perfect, the cutouts for the Joycon catch release buttons aren't exactly right, but it doesn't cause any issues and at this price I can't complain! Really pleasantly surprised with the quality of this! Fits perfectly onto the switch, feels really nice to touch and doesn't impede any buttons too much. Also has cut outs in all the right places, even one so the built in stand can be used still. Joycon covers actually add some extra grip and feel very ergonomic. The screen protector fits perfectly, looks clear, and is easy to apply without any bubbles. The case also has little notches on the inside which slip in to the screw holes and keep the cover in place. Has made my switch feel very sturdy. Only faults are that it's a little difficult to get onto the switch at first, and if you have a special edition switch with decor on the back the pattern of the case makes it very difficult to see, the Joycon disconnect buttons are a bit hard to press also.Overall a great purchase if you want to keep your switch safe from drops scratches and bumps!

*** CASE ***Pretty good quality all round and very tight fit so it's a bit difficult to get it around the screen and controllers but it does fit (I like that, on the back, the case fits in to tiny notches on the corners to ensure that it does not move, once applied). The checkered pattern on the back of the plastic case(s) is nice looking, but probably would be better on a plain Switch as I have the Animal Crossing Edition of the Switch which has a pattern and cannot be seen easily through this plastic case, unless you tilt it so that the light comes through in a different direction. I would also recommend wearing thin gloves before putting this case on to prevent getting sweat/condensation marks, which will be visible, as it will not be able to evaporate due to the tight fit. I also want to mention that, on this listing, there are pictures of this product which suggest that the case provides strong protection (drop + scratch from a huge knife (?!)) but I cannot confirm and don't believe that the case will provide that much protection, especially if you drop it so try not to do that. :)*** CASE (Joy-Con) + ANALOG STICK COVERS ***I like the ergonomic back of the Joy-Con covers and it feels good all round - sometimes plastic/silicone can feel sticky and this TPU one is smooth to the touch. One thing you have to consider though is that if you put the case on the Joy-Cons, then you cannot put them into the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Grip (that comes with the console) so I've taken them off, for now as I use this Grip regularly. I also can't comment on the "Thumb stick" (analog stick) covers as I haven't used them (bought another set I liked) but I'm sure they will fit and are good too. The red + blue ones are big (to make the analog stick easier to use?) and feel similar to silicone (flexible) but I don't like how hard the clear ones are (feels like firm plastic) and I'm not sure how you could put the clear ones on if they are not flexible.*** SCREEN-PROTECTOR ***Laying the tempered glass is easy if you know how (it comes with instructions but I would recommend watching a video if you have not done/seen it being done before) but I feel like the dust sticker was a bit too sticky and left a bit of adhesive on the screen which I had to scratch off before applying the screen-protector (Annoyed!) I would suggest that rather than using the dust sticker just use the cleaning cloth provided and have a vacuum on next to you, aha!) You can also see that the tempered glass lifts up a little bit on the corner edges (I've seen this even 1hr after putting it on) but just press it down and it's fine. I can also confirm that the Switch with the case does fit into the Dock (you'll hear a sticky noise when sliding into the dock). Additionally, I have seen that some cheap tempered glass/plastic screen protectors do scratch but I've been using my new Switch for 4 days and haven't seen any yet so it's a good indicator that the material is closer to tempered glass and not plastic. I won a small amount, lucky me!*** FINAL COMMENTS ***I am happy with my purchase but maybe I will have a look at other cases with a clear back so I can see that beautiful Animal Crossing pattern and buy a different cover for the Joy-Cons (so that it can be protected and fit into the Joy-Con Grip).

Very nice , just as described.Only issue is a little tight to fit in dock, which is to be expected but for some reason doesn't fit into my friends older model dock. Admittedly not really an issue because it's easy to take the case on and off.Fits perfectly in a regular sized travel switch case too :) and feels super good to play with.Another small thing is that you cannot see the back of the joycons design since the casing is not clear , but that wasn't an issue for me.Definatly recommended!
