Product was watery
First time we ordered it, it was very good quality and hence we reordered. But the packet had lot of moisture and the color was darker than the last time. the supari itself is hard an untasty, may be old stock or improperly stored stock.

Sent a different product then what's shown in the picture
The picture shows a different supari. They send a different one which is not tasty. It has no packaging date, expiry date etc. This is not genuine product being sent.
