The packaging is not intended for today's "Ace Ventura" delivery people. The box was intact, but it had been banged around enough to bust the plastic wrap and styrofoam buffers. Fortunately the rifle was ok. Once cleaned, inspected and the scope mounted the product functioned fine. I don't care for the low end scope, it will be tossed as soon as a better airgun rated scope is selected. Do your homework. It's one of the best factory air rifles on the market today. This one got to respectable 1/2" groups with factory pellets @ 25 yards in 6 shots. Every rifle is different and with the right pellet it will get a 5 shot, 1 hole group at 25 yards. BE WARNED! THIS IS NOT A TOY!!! This is a great, but serious tool for entering and enjoying precision airgun sports or pest (raccoon or armadillo) control. The cocking effort is enough to reinforce that fact. It may be the only air rifle you ever need and will be money very well spent.

Has this gun for 3 years. Bought it for in city limits pest control. I shoot open sights, extremely accurate, I've only missed one ground squirrel out of 8 - the smart one. This thing really reaches out, I was impressed! Took out a ground squirrel in the neighbor’s yard 4 houses down (80yds by laser range finder, a must for long shots) this gun seems to like dome pellets the best. Shooting prone I can hold 1/4” groups at 40yd. The iron sights on this gun are excellent. I suggest you dab a small dot if super glue on the front sight, it comes off easily and will affect your accuracy

Good and powerful for the money. A little heavy for stand up shoulder shots. Several people said scope was no good. I thought it was fine. You may need to slide it back/forward to get good eye relief. I mounted it and hit a nickel size bulls eye, first shot at about 20 yd standing up leaning gun against door jam of garage. A little tough to cock for me. I too wish it had ramp sites, but scope is fine.

This has to be by far the smoothest shooting pellet rifle on the market! Gamo is the best brand of the ones that I have been around. This gun shoots accurately and has plenty of power for shooting small game and rodents. The 10 pellet magazine is an excellent addition and it’s not overly priced.

Love my Magnum! Very powerful, very accurate. It is a bit stout to cock but the power this thing has is well worth it. I have found that mine likes the Gamo Red Fire, and Gamo Rockets. 1" groups at 35 yards. The scope is nice but after around 250-300 shots ,the cross hairs started to rotate inside the scope. Called customer service and told them and they sent a replacement out same day. Very good customer service! It is a Magnum and you will find out that these high power springers are very hard on scopes, I've researched and found a Zero Recoil scope mount that will save your scope, and you can use any scope with it, not just an airgun scope. Hope this helps if you are deciding to get one, and I highly recommend this gun. It's a blast to shoot!

This is by far, the most accurate and powerful pellet rifle I've ever owned. I use H&R barracuda hunter extremes and these are super accurate. Way to go Gamo

First of all I love the gun it's pretty powerful and accurate. The reason I chose to give it four instead of five stars is because the scope screws and the stock screws loosen after 10 shots I did not lose any so that's good and a little loctite goes a long way
