doctors say everyone in the UK should take these
A doctor on TV said that everyone in the UK should take a high dose vitamin D tablet every day because we don't get enough sunlight here.What I couldn't work out is what dose to take. Then I found an article on the NHS website saying no noe should take a higher dose than 1000. Taking 4000 can apparently lead to heart and other problems.When you consider that most pharacists sell 1.5 or 2.5 then clearly 4000 is a massive increase.I couldn't find any tablets between 2.5 and 1000 so I settled on these.

These are great tablets and easy to swallow and the price is very reasonable. I have paid a lot more for a similar product.Will buy again when these run out

A year of supply.
I have these on prescription but the pharmacist only allows a month's supply at a time so even though I do not need to pay for tablets, for this price and a year's supply upfront I consider this a bargain.
