STOTT Pilates Flex-Band

I ordered this band about four months ago to use with my Cathe F. workouts. On average, I'd say I use it about 2-3 times a week, and so far it's been great! It has the perfect amount of resistance, and it is nice and long so that you can do all of Cathe's exercises with it. It also has held up perfectly, and hasn't lost any of its resistance so far. Great product!

I bought this for some basic home pilates exercises because I spend a lot of hours working at the computer. I bought this as a way to be able to get up for a bit and do some exercises when I don't have time to go to the gym. I'm really happy with this product - just the right amount of resistance strength - I might 'upgrade' to a stronger resistance at some point when this one starts to feel too easy, but it's definitely a great start. This is the first resistance band that I've bought and I'm really happy with this brand.

This Flex BAND is the real deal. It offers great resistance. I love that it gets the job done and it comes at a great price. I purchase several resistance levels. I still own it which proves that it is long lasting. I bought it to use it with the Chalean videos. I hope you found the review helpful.

I have a rowing machine for exercise, and I wanted something to add resistance for the legs. I strapped couple of rounds this band, and it is perfect for the job. Now not only I exercise my hands, cardiovascular, but it has added the benefit of leg exercise as I row. It is strong, and perfect for my application.

This does exactly what you want it to. I'm always scared it will rip or tear, but it never does. Just keeps on stretching through all my workouts and I put it to work everyday. Great price, arrived very quickly.

This is not like other Scott bands. It is thinner, narrower, and overall not as good. Wouldn’t recommend.

For a cheap band, it was alright. It was really too skinny so when I looped it around my foot, it didn't stay flat, but more rolled up. It was an ok band, but I find that I don't use it anymore since I got annoyed with it.

This is a good quality exercise band with the right resistance for my arms. If you are a man or very strong woman you might want to get the extra strength one. I got it to go with an exercise dvd, but it comes with instructions for different exercises you can do with it too. I had one of those bands with handles before, and this one is easier to use and better quality, the resistance doesn't seem to wear out like the other one did. A good product!

The Stott band is more durable than most. The longer length enables a greater exercise repertoire.

I use it for my workouts and it is excellent. The resistance is perfect and the band can be stretched to a full overhead height such as for over arm press. I use it for upper and lower body exercises.
