Is this a good size for elementary aged children?

It's good for kids in 4 to 6 grades, not so good for 1 to 3 grades.

What is the difference between "One Size" and 26L?

I am not totally sure but I’ve owned a 26L. Having a very wide big build the “One Size” didn’t fit me as it was made for most. Lmk if I helped.
