The only scrubs that reliably fit me
These are great scrubs! Most scrubs when they say Tall mean the pants are slightly longer, which leaves me with 3-4inches of exposed ankle. These are the perfect length and actually fit me, a woman who is 6' tall. They are stretchy and have a high waist which is great for working in the veterinary field. No chance of cracking a moon or ripping a seam when I'm bending down or greeting a patient at their level. Very comfortable and soft material. Very flattering shape. Sometimes I feel like I'm wearing PJs. I've had a couple pairs that I rotate through, wearing every day for the last 6 years and they are JUST starting to wear through a bit. Unfortunately, they are getting really hard to find. So when they are available in my size again, you can bet I'm going to get several more.

Best Work Pants
I am extremely pleased with these pants. I work in retail so my main goal was to find work pants that were comfortable. With these pants, I got comfort, great style, & a good fit. I love how the draw-string goes all the way around the waist. I also love the stretchy fabric and the pockets. The only thing I would say is that they do run a little bit big, so order a size or two down from your normal size.I'm 5'2, 160 pounds & I normally wear an Extra Large. I read the reviews about these pants running big, so I ordered a Large petite. They fit me good (the length is perfect), but I probably should have ordered a Medium petite. They are on the roomy side, even with the draw-string.If your looking for comfortable lounge or work pants, these are the way to go. I will definitely be ordering several more pairs of these.

Good for +Sizes, Comfy, Flexible, but Long
I am 5'10" & +size. I normally wear between 24-26 size jeans, or 4x pants. I carry most my weight in my thighs/butt/hips area, with a smaller top & waist (aka: pear shaped). I don't usually order pants online because it's difficult to tell if the fit/cut will work for me. I ordered them because I needed pants for work, somewhere between casual & dressy. Being summer that's hard to come by, and I didn't want to have to rely on $40+ dress pants to get by. In the end someone suggested scrubs, and I'm glad they did! After reading a few reviews I decide to try the 4x size. I was pleasantly surprised by these pants. They fit great!PROS:-Not too baggy or tight in the thighs, even when sitting.-The drawstring means I can have it as tight as I want around my waist. Though it is a looong drawstring.-The pockets are amazing! (after dealing with tiny or fake pockets in every other style of pant I was so excited for normal pockets here!)-The fabric is soft, thin (great for summer!), and surprisingly flexible. Not uber stretchy, but enough that it doesn't hinder bending and movement.CONS (kindof):-I did notice that there seems to be extra room/fabric in the front. What happens is I can pull up the front to past my navel, but the back sits lower. Now this may be because my butt takes up more fabric haha. Or the cut could actually be leaving more room in front than back, it's hard to tell (If I didn't have a larger backend I wonder if I'd have a problem with these sliding down?) Kind of results in a lopsided fit, but not a deal-breaker. Though I do have to check or tug them up a little in the back every now and then.-It's about 3" too long. Being 5'10" this is not a problem I usually have! The bottom of the pant legs have a ~3" slit on the outside of the legs. That's 3" that I don't need. If I don't pull the pants up as high as possible then I'm walking on them. If you wear the same size but are shorter then I am then you're may need to hem these in some way.I did also order and try the elastic band version of these Dickies Women's Scrubs Xtreme Stretch Fit Elastic Waist, Black, 4X-Large, same size (4x). They were the perfect length (they didn't have the slit & extra 3" for some reason). The thick elastic band seemed durable and wasn't too tight or loose. But the thigh area felt just a bit tighter then the drawstring version. I don't know why, perhaps it's because of how the fabric is gathered & sown to the elastic band. It was enough of a difference that I prefer the extra room/fabric of the drawstring style (especially for when you sit and your thighs do the pancake/spreading out thing haha). Other then the slight length & fit differences, the fabric & pockets were the same on both.

So happy, I ordered more!
These pants are awesome. I'm 5’7, just over 200, approx 43-inch hips so I ordered the x large regular length. They are slightly baggy but the waist is elastic with a drawstring. Very comfy. I love them! I ordered a second pair in a large. They fit very well. Still plenty of room. The fabric is nice, wrinkle-free, and looks great. They washed nice, with no fading or shrinking. I ordered the black. The fabric keeps its rich color. Order them! But I would suggest you don't size up. They are ample.

Finally, scrub pants that feel like yoga pants and drape off the body like work pants.
My most favouritest work pants (I wear black pants with my chef coat) and school pants (I am a student Surgical Tech). It seemed that all scrub brands are either made for men, shapeless mannequins, tiny smurf people or Sumo wrestlers. So many pants have felt like sandpaper to duct tape on the thighs, the tops either give me enough space for an extra set up breast or deny they even exists. These pants FEEL SO DAMN GOOD. They are comfortable. They are light. They are breathable. They hold their colour. They have taken a beating. They manage to cover my large, round, firm derriére. They stretch where they should stretch and drap where they should hang loose. People often double take an are surprised they are scrubs because they look like regular pants and feel like yoga pants. They even have a bad-arse cargo pant pocket on the right side - perfect for cellphones, pens, pencils and packs of surgical gloves. The pant legs are a bit long on me, but that's not the fault of the pants. I am five-foot-three-inches.The only think I would love for them to do for me SOOOOOO very happy would be either make or post SURGICAL GREEN colour scrubs.I
