The ginger came on 18 March 2021.1. Very old stock: Manufactured Sep 2019 and expiry Sep 2021.2. Tastes like soap soaked ginger. Not the taste i expected or what i have had in Sushi restaurants.going to dump it in the bin. my suggestion, do not experiment and waste your money. I have done it for you.
