I found this very easy to to assemble and use. The unit is solid in the ground and holds the weight of the hose very well. Very easy to relocate if you need to. The fittings are solid and do not leak.

Used this all summer, keeps hose neatly out of the way. Doesn't damage hose doesn't move or sag it's really nice to look beside my patio & see my hose looped hanging on this. It's really an attractive strong addition to my yard. Keeps hose nice & neat.

The hose reels made of plastic must be designed for 50' or less of hose because they break quickly when using longer lengths of hose. The hose reels made from some form of metal don't seem to get great reviews and are usually too expensive. This is a stand alone hose hanger made from reasonably sturdy metal with easy assembly. I'm using it with 150' of 5/8" hose. So far (only a week or so), it is working out better than expected. The base has reasonably long "spikes" that go deep enough in the soil to handle my hose load without any issues. The downside to a hanger vs. reel is that you have to manually fiddle the hose to get it hung up in a way that is easy to use the next time you need to use it. It's not a big deal, but bit less convenient than a reel (maybe)! Assembly tip: use a ratchet on the nuts (8mm as I remember) vs. the included "wrench" so the assembly is nice and secure.

Good quality, and design, the height is perfect, goes together very easily. I store 2, 50 ft hoses on it, so it has a good storage capacity. Really like the nozzle holder and that it stakes into the yard. You can locate it anywhere in the yard.

First the bad. The connection where you attached the feed hose will not seal properly. This causes a spray leak whenever the water source is turned on to feed the stand. I tried different rubber washers (3 were included) but could not get a seal even after tightening the feed hose with a wrench. I'm going to try putting pipe compound around the collar and then tightening the hose to see if I can get it to seal. This appears to be a manufacturing issue the hole in the nut too large or requiring a non-standard thickness (thinner) rubber washer. Now the good. This is a strong and well made metal stand (other than above). it assembled easily and all parts and tools required were included. the bottom spikes provided a good anchor for the stand. All metal parts appear to have a good paint coating and so should withstand the weather well. If not for the issue above I'd have rated it 5.

I ordered 2 of these garden hose holders to tidy up my hoses. They are easy to assemble, very attractive, sturdy and functional. My hoses are off my sidewalks and neat and tidy on these attractive supports. I am thrilled with these.

I saw this online and after purchase and delivery it worked out fine. It was very easy to install and fit the hose and looks great and efficient to use. My only problem was I was going to get another one but they sold out.That was disappointing.
