Love it looks great in my kitchen

It is easy to use.

After a very challenging time to acquire one of these I wasnt gojng to send it back dispite the issues it has . due to fact it matches the rest of the products I have bought. long story short two canceled ordered on ebay, one damaged one on Amazon before got this one.now it works kind of...one side works as expected the other side is temperamental. for example I go to press the lever down to lower the bread and it will have none of it...weirdI found a work around by pressing a button first iether the cancellation button or the defrost button it then allows me to lower the bread....weird.the browning is hit and miss sometimes one side seems a little more done than the other but not substantially.overall had I not had commited to buying the full range ie changing kitchen over I wouldn't have recommended.It looks nice but if you have kids or a messy partner it will leave fingerprint etc...Am clean freak and it drives me nuts even when I dont use it and dust gathers lol

Turned out to be faulty, arranged free return for refund within 14 days of purchase. So far seller isn't cooperating and will not give refund.

To be truthful I wish I’d kept my old toaster! Pros: it’s a good looking toaster and looks great in the kitchen. Cons: very cheap and tinny feel. If you’re only toasting one slice of bread it burns one side every time. The defrost setting always manages to burn the bread. Expected more for the price.
