These Doctor designed posture supports are a great help to improve the posture of back and shoulder to realign and help ease strains and pains in my neck and back. Which I suffer quite often with having Spondylosis and Cervical and neck joint issues.Fit and design of the support are of a premium quality, comes with a pictorial instruction card which was needed to ensure correctly fitted. A few teething issues on fitting but think this was me rather than the product. True to size fitting, I chose large and this was perfect.Stretchability another great feature of these supoort so you get a great fit with stretch for flexibility. And easy to adjust velcro straps so like I found if you need to adjust after wearing for a while you can.I use it for everyday use either on top of a shirt or underneath depending on how my back issues are.I've even found that whilst sitting at my PC this helps keep my posture in the right position so I can spend more time without losing downtime when working.I'm still finding different benefits when wearing in different situations which again is a positive in my book.Included with the support is a booklet, that gives valuable insight on how to manage and exercise joint issues in the back etc, a very comprehensive and well put together booklet.For the price I thought this a great item with a added bonus of a valued booklet too.Excellent customer service, with quick responses to questions and any issues with the item is another boon I thought was great from this company.

Recieved the posture support yesterday. Started wearing it straight away. Initially when i put the brace on i thought it was great and could feel it working against my natural posture. However only after a few minutes i noticed that the support had slid up my back and the straps had gone loose meaning it was no longer doing anything. I have adjusted it many times but after a couple of minutes of just general moving around, the back support slides up and it becomes loose again.Therefore it is pretty much pointless as it only works for about 2 minutes and then you have to readjust it.

I ordered a S in this product as I was within the measurement range, but it did come up small and I had to re-order a M. This provides support and is reasonably comfortable le to wear. Based on my use my sister has decided to order one

I must admit I thought this product might be gimmicky and of limited benefit but after testing it was pleasantly surprised. It really does correct your posture, I use it mainly when sat at my PC for long periods, it holds your back, shoulder blades and neck in a strong and supported position and makes it very hard to slouch. The only issue I had was getting it on & off, a lot of my back/neck problems come from a lack of flexibility and it is not easy tightening the straps behind your back - I found getting it to the correct fit then carefully & gradually slipping it on & off without undoing it is better for me. Overall I am very satisfied with this product, it is a reasonable price and definitely worth giving it a go, particularly if you work at a PC all day.

Very uncomfortable, didn’t help at all I looked and felt like a robot couldn’t really move to do anything if I tried kept pulling the straps back to it place

This item is a simple idea and very well made. Having already purchased a wrist support it is fair to say that the Dr Arthritis products are well thought out and functional. Clear instructions on how to use and after a couple of goes it is straight forward to put on. The main thing I found was to attach the velcro straps with enough overlapping so you could find them when you have slung the support over both shoulders. Really useful booklet relevant to the actual item with addition helpful information. Again this is provided, in my experience, with all of their medical aids. It does support and push your shoulders into a much better position and for me was best used over a tee shirt to avoid any discomfort. I have arthritis in my shoulders and I have found that it does seem to relieve some of the pain over time. I would definitely recommend this product.

Bought multiple products from this company and so far none of them have disappointed, this one is no exception! Unlike other back braces I've tried this one has adjustable straps which is very useful for making it fit correctly.As I work long hours on the computer I bought it in the hopes of preventing future back pain by sorting out my posture early. The brace is very easy to put on and comfortable to wear, something I didn't find with other braces I've tried.It doesn't take long to notice a difference in posture, I'm even finding myself naturally sitting up straighter without wearing one!

This looked great with lots of good reviews so I double checked the medium size would be correct for me and purchased.Straight away though, it became clear the item didn't fit properly despite lots of adjustment. In order to feel it supporting your shoulders, you have to have it quite tight or it just has no impact. When you tighten it though, it cuts into your armpit even when worn over a t-shirt, which gets sore pretty quickly. And then because it's tight, it slips up your back as you move around normally, meaning you have to keep pulling it back down over your shoulder blades, and then it cuts into your armpit again........Also, after just 1 day and with much attempted readjustment, the straps that the velcro pieces attach to are already showing signs of wear so I figured it was best to leave it in the set-up position and put it on an off over my head, as though you would a jumper. However, I'm about to give up due to the above issues.Maybe all these kinds of products are pretty much the same and my expectations are too high but in summary, adds pain, not removes it due to cutting into armpit, very uncomfortable and doesn't stay in place so doesn't provide much support either. All-in-all, pretty much a waste of time and money unfortunately :(
