Great for freezing dinners.
My husband has reached a mid life crises and wants spaghetti every night. I don't want to give up cooking. So I cook for myself and put the left overs in these and put them in the freezer. I have a lot of good meals to choose from in the freezer and some weeks I don't even have to cook. This is what I told my Mom to do when my Dad passed away, but she is hooked on swanson dinners. I think this is healtheir. These containers work great. I just wrap foil around them and get them out the day before to thaw.
