Instant Relief
Tried after a family member recommended it for my wrist pain. It worked instantly, and only need a small amount. It’s also a huge plus that it doesn’t have a strong odor like many other similar products do.

Very effective for Morton's Neuroma, but inconsistency in products received is an issue
This has worked very well for flare-ups of Morton's Neuroma. It doesn't alleviate all the pain, but it makes it far more bearable, and it works quickly. There appears to be an inconsistency regarding what version of the product is being sent to customers. Several reviews mention instructions and labels being in Turkish, and there are varying "made in" discrepancies (some noted theirs was made in India, others in New Jersey). Related comments were that the intensity varied depending on where the product was made. The tube I received noted it was distributed out of New Jersey, but not where the product was made. Also, the product photos show an easy flip-lid, but what I received was a regular screw-on lid. This could be an issue for those with arthritic hands or fingers, so something to be aware of. Based on effectiveness, I'd buy this product again, but more likely from a physical store where I can see what I'm getting.

Less than 24 hours and my foot had no pain whatsoever.
My foot has been giving me pain the last few days. I've been icing, using my Zynex Tens Unit and also heating, and nothing was working. I read the reviews for this product and decided to give it a chance. I applied it, and it feels cold going on the skin. Within a couple hours I noticed it wasn't hurting as much. By the next morning, my foot was not hurting at all, and I was honestly shocked. I am going to keep purchasing this item when it runs out because my foot does hurt more in the winter time, and with winter around the corner I will be using this a lot more often. If nothing helps your pain, give this a chance, it helped me and I hope it helps you.
