They tasty good but each bag has only a small amount of big chunks with a lot of broken down tiny bits. Feels like not worth it for the price.

If you like coconut and walnuts, this is your go to snack. The coconut is soft but crunchy. The walnuts have a nice buttery taste and have just the right amount of crunch. When you put coconut and walnuts together, it's an amazing taste. It's a must try!!!

These taste divine if you like banana nut bread. One bag must be two serving size as my oversized rear end can’t finish a pack. I think they would be good in baked goods and salads. I eat nuts for the good HDL and fiber. Constipation? Chew well, these will naturally and gentle will clear one out unless you have a medical condition that needs medical attention. I eat these while on certain prescriptions like pain relievers after back surgery and have easy bowel movements.
