Is working fine so far
Is working fine so far. I replaced the batteries in my UPS with these; saved some bucks instead of having to replace the entire UPS. Better for the environment, better for my pocketbook. Not too hard to swap the batteries. You have to use the old bracket and wires but it's not hard to do. Tape the batteries back together with packing tape. Make sure you order batteries that have the same terminal size as your existing batteries. Open the UPS and measure the terminals before ordering

Don't Expect a Power King or SigmasTek Battery...
Well, it's a battery. And it fit. But first, I did not receive a Power King or a SigmasTek branded battery as advertised. I received a Universal (UPG) UB1280K battery that I could have bought for a couple of bucks cheaper elsewhere. Don't really care but it should be listed correctly. I docked it a star for that and another for the misleading description.Next, this is not a true replacement of the BB HR9-12 as stated in their description. While both are nominally 8 Ah batteries, based on their C rating, the UB1280 will likely have significantly less capacity in a high-drain application like a UPS. The UB1280 has a C5 rating of 6.8 Ah, C10 rating of 7.44 Ah, and C20 rating of 8 Ah. So the UB1280 can provide 1.36 amps over 5 hours (6.8Ah total), 0.744 amps over 10 hours (7.44 Ah total), or 0.4 amps over 20 hours (8 Ah total) before being discharged. Compare this to the BB HR9-12 with a C10 rating of 8 Ah, 13.4% better. I could not find a C20 rating for the HR9-12, but it is likely in the range of 8.7 Ah.Note - the slower a battery is discharged, the more amp-hours it can supply. This is because of internal resistance and heating. If you want a better replacement for the HR9-12, go with the UB1290 (nominal 9 Ah). It has a C5 rating of 7.69 Ah, a C10 rating of 8.3 Ah, and a C20 rating of 9 Ah, barely beating out the HR9-12.

disappointed that the terminals are F1
I just received the battery and was disappointed that the terminals are F1. Sure they supply F2 adapters but their advertising is untruthful. They should be clear about what they are selling. I thought I was buying a SigmasTek Model No: SP12-9 which has 1/4" wide terminals. I think I will return the battery because they are not truthful.
A**?
Holds a charge well even in the cold.
I use this to power my Marcum Showdown 2.0. I can use this for about 4 full days (6 hrs of use on the ice) of ice fishing without having to recharge.
