Pros:- very easy to assemble- very sturdy once assembled- tall compared to most cat trees available- comes with button strap to put on the wall for stability- soft material- the house in the center is both cute and a decent size, both kittens can fit in it easily and sometimes sleep in it- material is soft and some parts are cushioned but it's also cool to the touch- the bouncy balls on strings are used constantly when our cats are playful and climbing all over the tree (the balls are soft, by the way. They are bouncy because the strings attached are elastic).Cons:- sometimes the sticks that hold the bouncy balls slide out a little bit from all the playing, but it is easy to push them back in. I do have arthritis though, and sometimes it hurts to push them in all the way. It's a tight fit (that's a good thing) but this is something for anyone with severe arthritis to consider.- we noticed one of the beds is offset to the front... not too big of an issue but I do hope the cushion inside of it lasts over time since it does get a lot of use with the cats jumping and sleeping on it. It is a starting to bend/flatten a bit because it is offset.- would prefer it came with an additional/optional stronger method of stabilizing the tree, despite the tree itself being so solid/stable. We are going to drill into the stud at the top and the middle with our own straps to make sure it doesn't tip with the cats kicking off of it as they get older/heavier. Maybe that's a bit much, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.Overall... this is definitely a 5 star purchase for us, we are very happy with the product and so are the kitties! If you're looking for a tall cat tree that is sturdy and easy to put together, this is a good buy from our experience.

I’ll be honest, when I finally decided to purchase this cat tree, I was a little worried…I always try to do some review research before buying and lemme just say, going through this one was definitely a roller coaster. The one and two star reviews were very compelling to the fact that this item would either be a hit or a miss but to my surprise and delight it was more than satisfactory.Pro:- Every piece came intact and in good condition.- All the flat head sockets and double sided screws can together wrapped in tape for extra protection and, one thing I was very happy about was that, the metal pieces came with one extra piece just in case.- The assembly was pretty easy, the instructions were clear and straight to the point, and took about 30 ish minutes to set up.- It’s also a good size, almost 5ft 4, it’s about to my shoulders.- Thee boards are impressive, pretty sturdy, hard wood almost like a school desk.- The carpet covering is super soft and I’m in love with the feel.Cons:- I read reviews saying the fur carpet started to shed a little bit which happened twice to me in small amounts.- The whole structure is ever so slightly wobbly , not enough to fall over or anything but it does move a bit.- One of the holes underneath the carpet covering wasn’t pushed through all the way so I ha dot poke it through in my own but that was pretty easy.Despite all these pros and cons, the finish product looks great and pretty sturdy. It’s an impressive quality for an Amazon tree and it makes my cats happy so win, win.

I bought this model of cat tree after reading reviews for other best-selling sets on Amazon and seeing that they although many were slightly cheaper, they were smaller, had stability issues and/or were seemingly not built for full size cats. This tower did not disappoint!It was easy to assemble, but make sure you wear some gloves beforehand so you don't scrape your hands up with the twine. Although it included a hex tool, I used a drill with a hex bit on a lower torque setting to make assembly faster and ensure the screws were tightly installed. All the parts were labelled well and the instructions were very clear. Don't worry about parts because there was an extra of every screw included. Since they don't come in separate bags, it's advisable to use a little tray to sort, separate, and identify the different pieces of hardware before you start.Can I just say this thing IS BIG?! I'm a 6' 3" guy and was easily able to assemble it, but a person on the shorter side might need to get a chair to put on the last few pieces on top (which simply screw on), but it's nice especially for cats who like getting up high and looking out from a perch. I have no issues with it's stability and rigidity. People who are having issues I suspect did not tighten the screws or the poles in (hand-screwed/rotated) securely enough. Again, I used a drill with a hex biy set to a lower torque setting, which I think helped, but also make sure you screw the poles in as tightly as you can without causing damage.It's only been up for a few days since putting it up. My cats are a little skittish and are not too accepting of change, so haven't totally adopted this as their own just yet, but I'm sure it will come with time. I hope to update this review some time in the future to give an update in regards to it's long-term durability.UPDATE:About a year later this cat tree is holding up wonderfully. The cats quickly took a liking within two weeks or so after posting the above review last year. One cat's favorite spot was the very top cushion, another cat liked hanging out in the box, and another absolutely LOVES the half-sphere hammock. There is no wear noticable and no parts have started to fall apart or degrade. The cats don't seem to be using the scratch pads too much and didnt seem to enjoy the lower part of the tower too much, which wasn't a huge surprise. 100% worth the purchase!

The media could not be loaded. For reference my cat is about 15 lbs and tends to be very wild when playing. So far the tree has not toppled over but it definitely wobbles a bit.At first she wasn’t super interested in the tower and I thought she would use it much but I found that not forcing it on her was the best move. She slowly warmed up to it. Super happy with my purchase but I do need to point out that the material covering the panel on the top with the ball toy seems to be unravelling rather quickly. But honestly that is a minor thing and can be fixed if necessary.

Muy resistente una vez montado.Viene con una correa con botones para colocar en la pared para mayor estabilidad - material suave - la casa en el centro es linda y tiene buen tamaño. Mis gatos a veces duermen en él. El material es suave y algunas partes están acolchadas pero también es fresco al tacto.Caben gatos grandes. Estamos bien felices con el producto dejaron de interesarse en rasgar otros muebles.

The media could not be loaded. ***QUESTION*** I'm really struggling to get the shorter platform bed to tighten. Can anyone help me with this please? I've attached a video to show what I mean. The bolt is the longer bolt, I used the washer and it's screwed on as tight as possible but it's still VERY wobbly! Thank you!My cats seem to enjoy their naps here and the scratch post parts are great. The scoop isn't as sturdy as some of their previous cat trees they've had and the top beds are a bit shaky even though I've tightened them up as much as I can. My black cat weighs about 10lbs and the white/mixed color cat weighs about 6lbs for reference. In the video you can see how much the cat tree shakes when the smaller cat is bathing herself. It isn't much but when the bigger cat jumps up to one of the top square beds, it shakes a lot. There is an anchor strap to secure it to the wall however my cats need to be in front of the balcony window to watch the magpies fly by during the day. This tree is basically straight up and down which doesn't give much space for jumping up and down to the different levels so I've had to move a chair closer for the cats convenience getting up and down from and also put a small cat hideout on the other side to help them as well. The boards are quite solid and the material covering the boards seems to be decent. It took about half an hour to assemble with the help of my two cats so probably could be assembled in half the time if you only have one cat.******UPDATE****** Give this a day or two then go back and tighten everything up again and it'll be very sturdy! The lack of sturdiness was from me not going back through once this was put together and making absolutely for sure everything was tight. Changed my review from four star to five star

I have 3 of these cat posts now for my Kitty's. They go ham scratching it but it's so easy just just replace the Cecil on it, the structure it's self is so easy to assemble and is great even for a bigger cat ! And one of the better prices we have found. Even better then the tiny ones at the pet store !
