Recommended by my son's guitar teacher.Content seems to be just the right level and very useful.The actual quality of the book is very basic - low production, but I guess you're paying for content and expertise rather than a professionally printed book.

I did not know what way to take this series of of books as I have not a musical note in my body, but as I have watched my 9 year old work her way through the series, first book by her teacher, the rest just about on her own I have come to appreciate what a fantastic series it is, just Brilliant !A Tip, on youtube there are very good vids relating to this series, particularly the later books

I purchased this for my 10 year old son, who has been learning guitar for the last year. This book has helped him learn some fantastic tunes which he quickly moves on to playing without looking at the book.
