I’m very pleased with this sun shield. I have an Outback and the blue one fits and looks great! The quality is good, thicker and stronger than expected. Keeps the car cooler for sure, and folds easily with a handy clip to keep tidy. It’s oversized in the sense that it comes up the sides slightly for thorough coverage and can easily be tucked a bit into position. Use visors to keep top in place. It’s not meant for perfectly snug fit.. be sure to check sizes to suit - should generally be a good fit for the size sedan or suv you have. I had the umbrella style before, and although it was tapered to spread larger on bottom (in alignment with the windshield) it was much more flimsy and eventually the spokes broke away from nylon 🫤 so I am happy to have this new stronger one that will last! 👍

Returning a great productI measured the dimensions of my two original sunshades and they were the same size as this oneThe original two are 14 and 12 years old each and were used over the years on several carsCurrently have a 2016 Mini Coopee Countrymand and a 2010 Nissan CubeRead tons of reviews and the detail that impress Ed ne was the mention of how sturdy thid $25 item was - just like the ones from over a decade ago (like my situation)However, the new one (albeit very sturdy and well built) does not fit my carsThe scalloped area to accommodate the mirror post was tops shallowMy original ones were each 1.5 inches deeper allowing the shade to be positioned under the mirrorNo matter how much Ifiddled with it, the new one just would not fit between the mirror stem and the base of the windshieldSadly I will return it BUT just ordered a 1.5 inch shorter one ……..

This was purchased to replace a different one that had a picture on it but it wasn't very good quality and started falling apart. I have one similar to this for our other car and really like the heavy duty quality of it so I purchased this one in hopes it'd be similar and it is. It is pretty thick, the material feels like it will hold up well over time. I like how easy it is to fold up and hook the attached strap around it so it stays folded up. It is very large and snuggly fits in the front of our hyundai sonata. I haven't used the suction cups yet, they honestly looked pretty folded and like they may be misshapen enough where they wont' suction properly, BUT I haven't tried them yet so I can't say for sure, it's working just fine without the suction cups.

I’ve had this product for a year now and for that year it worked great on keeping my car cooler and shielding the sun. Easy to use and store in the car. Fits the entire windshield which is great. A month ago it started softening and not staying up though so that’s the downfall. The summer heat is intense but I’ve never seen a product like this do that.

Best windshield sun shade I have purchased in the last 30 years. Fits my BMW 535i GT perfectly, very tight with no sun peeking through, which is important in Las Vegas where it got to 120 degrees last year. The integrated strap closure is much better than the cheaper stretchy bands other use. The construction materials are much better than the $60 ones. Easy to put up and easy to take down and store.

When I bought this the size should have been correct for my car, but it wasn't, it fell short by a few inches, luckily it fit in my neighbor's car, so I gave it to them and after 2 months in the Arizona sun they say it's still like new, does the job it's supposed to and so far no cracks, rips, or sagging in it.

Worked really good for about 6 months, then crumbles up and loses it's rigidity and will no longer support itself.
