well built. easier to manage than the rolls. one side has a fold down flap to prevent the knives from touching when you fold it closed. hold larger folding knives well. I have my gerber 06 auto collection along with some tactical lights such as the arkfeld pro and they all fit really well.

This thing rocks. Inexpensive, compact, functional. I have some expensive flippers. I have some more frugal flippers. They both fit in here comfortably. To a reviewer that said that the knife clips may scratch each other, they don't if you underlap them properly with said product. There is a hook and loop velcro underlap that insulates one side of clips from the other side of clips via a nylon layer. The biggest flipper I have housed in this is a 4.75 in. Off-Grid folder.. There are two layers of hook and loop. An underlap and an overlap. It squares off nicely for carrying. I am a mechanical engineer that has worked with soft goods and flat patterns on Space Shuttle and Space Station components. This product has exceptional quality in terms of form, fit, and function, upon first examination. No NCR's.

Great value knife case. Holds 10 3 to 3.5 inch blade pocket knives very securely. The Velcro is good and strong as is the nylon shell. Knife pockets seem to be well stitched. Can't beat it for the price!

This knife storage case is an excellent piece of equipment. Anyone interested in this knife case must realize that the description on Amazon is completely wrong, In the first place it is NOT a "roll" it is a folding case as shown in the images and the measurements given are all wrong. The actual measurements are: 17.25" top to bottom; 12.125" side to side; the individual pouches vary in width, they are 2" to 2.5 inches wide and all are 4" deep. The material, which appears to be 500D-600D Cordura nylon (there is NO canvas anywhere on this case as the description states) is padded on the outer side and the inner part is not which is just fine and it provides very good protection for my knives. My largest folding knife measures 5 3/16" closed x 1.5" wide x .75 thick and that is the largest knife that will go in a pouch and still close the inner flap. The design is such that after placing your knives in the pouches the inner flap can be folded down and the velcro attached to the corresponding strip, next, simply fold the case and attach the outer velcro strips. If you are worried that the knives will scratch and mar each other then simply do not use the knife clips and put the individual knives completely down into each pouch. Stored in this fashion the inner flap will cover your knives completely and keep them protected from each other but you won't be able to see some of the smaller knives so you will have to pull them slightly out by placing your finger or thumb on the bottom of the pouch and with a little pressure move it up to identify it, but come on now that's part of the fun. This case only holds ten medium to large knives and even more small ones by doubling up in a pouch (as I did in one case). All in all, it's an excellent knife case.P. S. It has a good functional strap for carrying.

Just to be clear the case i received has 10 slots not 15. Great case.
