I purchased this kitchen tool for cutting in butter or shortening into flour for making pie crusts or streusel topping. It does the job. It is sturdy and made well. It seems to a be a good value for the price. I think it could also be used to chop eggs or avocados; probably nuts. The one point I would like to mention is that I have small hands and the handle is just right for me. I'm not sure if it would make a difference for someone with larger hands to purchase a slightly larger handled one or not; just something to consider. The company followed up with a nice note that the item is guaranteed and if I had any problems, to contact them. This sort of customer service is always appreciated and nice to know the company stands behind their product.

Easy to use, handle very comfortable, cuts pastry, crumb topping and pastries very quick and easily. Washes great in the dishwasher.

Good sturdy quality. My youngest LOVES egg salad and I was using a fork to chop the eggs which is a pain and leaves the eggs to chunky. This tool made the consistency perfect and it only took seconds. I can already tell this will help when making mashed potatoes. Good tool and good price. I would recommend.

Omg! I've been making homemade Pie Crust for over 25 years and this is by Far the Best dough blender l have Ever used! The blades are thick and Sharp enough to slice thru the shortening to blend with flour. It's very sturdy and a breeze to clean!
