Not Leakproof
The cap of the mug is leaking from centre as well as from drinking holeside. Not suitable to carry in bag and am not a fan of carrying it in hand as I travel through public transport, not through car or something.

rectify the product
the bottom of this mug was not even at all. it would fall when placed on any surface like a mug or glass due to the bulge it had at the bottom

this was only 350 ml and not 500 ml as advertised
the ridged rim of the cup is not comfortable
