I am giving it five stars because the Seller has great customer support service and they listened to customer issues. While the product was not accurately described and item delivered was not consistent with the labeling, their customer service was terrific and made every effort to provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I am very particular in reading product descriptions and make purchases based on these. I made this purchase because of the fill weight and I like firmer pillows. As a note, the website states 1.5 lbs of fill for the travel pillow. It only actually has 12 oz of fill (a lb is about 16 oz and 24 oz is 1.5 lbs). They did however send additional fills to make it up to 1.5 lbs of fill using the warranty after calling customer service. Although do take note that if you buy additional fills which are also sold separately, you may be buying a 1/2 lb fill (8 oz) but it only contains between 6.3-7.5 oz. This is what happened to the additional fills that were sent to me. They do need to have consistency in making the product and establish good quality control. The pillow was very comfortable after putting the additional fills and was the right size. I like the travel pouch and the zippered pillow covers. The smell will take a few days to air out and do make sure you put in the dryer for a few minutes as per instructions. Other than the issue on the memory foam fill weight, this was the best travel pillow that I have tried. Do not waste time to try other toddler pillows to be used for traveling, this is the perfect one to try out and as stated, you can adjust the pillow fill to your desired firmness.

I use this on my bed 24/7 now. At first I thought it might be small (as it is a travel pillow) but when it comes to it practically, it’s the perfect size. I’ve also used it for travel and it’s very easy to bring in a carry on bag and use wherever you go. Perfect comfort too. I was looking for a good pillow for a long time and kept getting too thick or thin pillows and neck pain. When I saw a review for different pillows I was super excited to try this, and it was a bonus to find a cheaper version that fit my lifestyle better. It’s definitely lived up to expectations. I love that you can adjust the amount of fluff/thickness too! I thought I would have to adjust it multiple times to get the sweet spot but it was fairly easy to find it and I haven’t had to change it since. No neck pain, total comfort in all sleep positions (side, back, and even stomach sometimes- although not the most breathable position lol), and a good night’s sleep. Definitely recommend this pillow, and I’m sure all of this different sizes would be the same level of quality. [only potential downsides if you’re really picky is it’s not very breathable - you cannot breathe through it as with most pillows, and it doesn’t stay cool. It’s not particularly warm or stuffy but if you’re looking for a specially cool breathable pillow, maybe not this particular one.]

Very worth the cost. Perfect for stowing away in my checked luggage and perfect for my week long trip where the hotel bedding etc was subpar. This pillow was very comfortable and I love the way it came tightly packaged in its travel bag.

A little heavier than I would like but definitely a comfortable, cool, soft pillow. Probably the best of all the travel pillows we have tried.

New favorite pillow. Watch out because you may accidentally nap for 5 hours while testing it out, like I did today. Im already using this regularly at home on the couch or extra tv pillow in bed. I'm already a fan and regular user of shredded memory foam adjustable loft pillows. They offer great support and mold to your needs when you lay on it. They are also very soft and don't make you hot. They don't lose their shape or go flat because you can just shake it out and refluff. This Coop pillow has a double cover so you can wash the main cover, it's super soft and cool to the touch. I'll likely be swapping out my other brand bed pillows for Coop. They do take about a week to get the loft right (removing and adding each night) and take a little time to get used to what might feel like a lumpy pillow. But it's worth the effort once you get it right. You'll never go back. I'm thrilled by this travel size. I travel a lot, whether it be international, long weekends, my timeshare or to friends ski houses and pillows are my biggest struggle when I'm not home. This will be coming everywhere. It's easy to roll up and get into the bag and the straps work easily to further smush it down. Yes it has a slight odor at first, and it takes about 30 mins to fully fluff up the first time. Just air it out for a couple days or throw it in the dryer. Smell will go away.

I have trouble sleeping due to nerve pain when travelling and camping and hoped this pillow would help, It is incredibly comfortable and I used it as my main pillow on a 3 week trip to Europe, way better than any hotel pillow. On my way back I was stuck at the airport overnight and it was a joy to have this pillow in my bag to spend the night there. I also use this for camping and it enables me to sleep well which I was not before. Sure it is a bit bigger than many travel pillows but the compromise is more than worth it. I have gone on to buy two more pillows from this company to use at home and they are all great.

Wunderbares Kissen - ich musste die Reisegrösse bestellen, da die anderen Variationen leider nicht in die Schweiz geliefert werden - bin aber auch mit diesem Kissen als „normales“ Nachtschkafkissen enorm zufrieden! Ich schlafe wunderbar & der Halt den es gibt ist toll! Kam auch ohne chemischen Geruch an, was ich wunderbar fand weil ich keinen Trockner habe.

These are supposed to be used for camping but I use two squished into one pillowcase to hold them together. I had a classic coop pillow when I lived in America and it was the best sleep I’ve ever had. I only pray that the normal sized pillows eventually make it over the pond because shredded memory foam pillows are NOT all created equally…I know…I’ve bought and been disappointed by almost all that are available in the UK. I do have more difficulty sleeping soundly than most as I have hyper mobility in most of my joints including my neck but the coop pillows REALLY help.

Just received this yesterday so haven’t given it a good run for my money yet but seems perfect for what I need it for - travel. I don’t like those neck pillows. They’re never enough support. This one is soft but supportive and a proper pillow...just smaller. The best part about it is it rolls into a little bag, so takes no room in my carry on. Update - just got back from my travels. It’s amazing! So comfortable!! Really happy with this purchase!
