Excellent addition to my home gym! Really sturdy piece of equipment and at such a fantastic price. I can train all my upper body using this alone. Have taken the weight load upto 80kg so far (lat pull downs) I do have to be seated on the floor for this exercise to get the full range of motion, but that's fine. Assembly was easy and took around 30mins, then another 10 mins or so to fix to the wall.Delivery was quick too (2 days)All in all I would definitely recommend, 5* from me!

This was great for the price, put it up myself and was simple enough, the only things you need to do is get new cables as the ones they give you are not great, but I got cables for £15 and they work great. The other issue is that they don’t supply any tools to tighten up the screws so had to go out and buy them. Overall definitely work buying

I was a bit worried this might be an expensive gimmick, but it is very sturdy and does the job. I have used up to 50kg so far and it hits the spot front of neck, behind the neck, narrow grip, seated rows and tricep pushdowns.

Bought this cable machine in 2019 covid - when gyms closed.It is fairly simple to put up with 2x people.As other reviews have said there are parts of the structure that look like they may not last forever - but so far so good for me.With an average ceiling height I can complete standing pulls @ 5ft5... My 6ft1 partner has no range of motion so can only complete sitting movements (no standing tricep pulls for him) This could be rectified if my ceiling was higher and I could attach the machine higher on the wall.I personally only trust this machine for lighter loads upto 50kg - I'm unsure how heavier loads would bare.All in all, its a handy wall mounted, space saving peice of equipment.

Easy to assemble and well built. Lower pulled has a poor range of movement but still usable.

Good quality

The slider, at rest, sits on the top edge of the lower wall strut plate. All the weight on the machine bears on this so it jams over it every time you rest the weights. I've only tried 36kgs - 80lbs and it sticks hard over the plate at rest. Guranteed the slider will rapidly break up there. The bar sits 5ft above the ground so you would have to be about 3' 6" tall to use it as a standing pull down. Even seated it still low and I'm 5'9". My warm ups are 45kg so this is basically a toy. Shame because overall it could easily be much better, with a proper stop and a couple of extra plates to stiffen where it joins together. Only buy it if you are handy and can modify its shortcomings.

The media could not be loaded. La struttura è ovviamente amatoriale, pur consentendo l'uso di un buon carico. Il movimento del porta pesi è incredibilmente fluido (anche meglio di alcune macchine da palestra...) e permette di lavorare davvero bene, sia in pull che lat. Ancorata al muro di mattoni forati, con i suoi 4 tasselli in dotazione, risulta molto stabile. Io ľho fatta appoggiare a terra (per sicurezza) e lavoro bene con i miei 173 cm di altezza. Se si è più alti, forse conviene alzarla un po', sostenendo la base della struttura con uno spessore. Oltre alle due funi, che hanno lunghezze standard che possono non soddisfare tutte le esigenze, mi sono fatto un paio di prolunghe, da 20 e 30 cm, da aggiungere al cavo in funzione dell'esercizio che voglio svolgere.Ci sono solo 3 piccoli limiti, che forse con un po' d'ingegno si possono superare: la mancanza di maniglie di sostegno (ad esempio, per le alzate), una base per i piedi nel pulley, ed il fatto che la carrucola bassa sia fissa.Nel complesso, un ottima soluzione domestica, robusta e funzionale che non occupa nemmeno molto spazio. Completata di alcuni accessori come cavigliere, maniglie, corda e angolari, diventa davvero un ottimo ausilio per l'allenamento.Consigliata ;)

Der Seilzug ist der Wahnsinn.Ich nutze diesen jetzt seit geraumer Zeit. Der Aufbau ist alleine schier unmöglich. Man benötigt 4 Hände!Dazu sollte beachtet werden, in welche Wand der Zug geschraubt werden soll. Es können laut Beschreibung bis zu 140kg Gewicht angehangen werden. Ich hatte bislang maximal 90kilo dran. Dann fängt die Stange allmählich an zu knacken.Man sollte natürlich beachten, dass auch das eigene Körpergewicht je nach Übung am Zug hängt.Übungen sind sehr vielseitig möglich.Alle Muskelgruppen können trainiert werden.Ich bin super zufrieden. Nur zu empfehlen.Preis Leistung ist ebenfalls klasse.

Poulie pas mal conçu, elle est simple mais malgré tout j'ai un peu galéré à la monter ! Faite attention lors du montage a ne pas inverser le sens des barres comme je l'ai fais. De plus le montage du câble est assez laborieux et le serre câble n'a pas l'air très solide ! Également j'ai changé les vis et chevilles de fixation murale, elles ont cassé des que j'ai forcé un peu ! Ne perdez pas votre temps avec ça non plus. Je doute quand même des plus de 100kg annoncé. Mais pour le prix ça fonctionne bien et cest bien là le principal !!

Bisogna armeggiare un po' per montarla,ma il risultato finale è soddisfacente!! Metterò un pannello fonoassorbente al muro perché in appartamento è un pochino rumorosa,ma va bene lo stesso!! 5 stelle al servizio clienti impeccabile nel dare una mano.
