Mighty Oak (DVD + Digital)

I liked the movie, interesting premise, a little hokey, but not too bad. I liked it more when I read the credits for the music at the end. That was a surprise. Its not a terrible way to spend a slow afternoon.

I wish amazon would allow half stars because in my opinion it deserves 3.5 stars.This may be another low budget but the plot is good. Heart warming and inspirational. Didn't have a problem with audio or picture. Acting was okay but not the best. Still a good movie especially since it is included on epix at no extra charge.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good a movie this was. Good story with a good ending and great music.

I've lost 2 brother's and a father and even though this movie made me extremely sad at times It also made me very happy. Highly recommend.

My husband and I both enjoyed it. Definitely a tear-jerker, but in the happy way. The music was amazing - Tommy Ragen is clearly a musical talent to be reckoned with. We will be watching him over what I expect will be a long career. The story reminded us of how good people can be even in hard times. A great message, well delivered.

This film is a strange combination of music, family, and reincarnation - but somehow it really works!It’s a little edgier than the typical family film but that’s a good thing. It doesn’t sugarcoat the world the way many other PG-13 movies seem to. I highly recommend it, but be warned - bring a tissue!

It was a good afternoon entertainment.

This is an instant San Diego based iconic movie! Wonderful homage to SD with backdrop scenes. So proud of SD son(grandson!;) ) Tommy Ragen! What a talented guitar prodigy-& great cast. Sweet movie!
