I love these bars! My all time favorite is the dark chocolate almond & sea salt, but I've also tried pinon coffee & dark chocolate, caramel pecan & cranberries, peanut butter chocolate & butterscotch, and pecan praline & maple syrup. They are all very good 😋 I can eat one of these as breakfast bar and not be hungry until lunch. As to price point, they are a lil on the pricey side. I can buy a single bar at QT for the same price as cost per unit when purchasing a case of twelve bars. I like them well enough that I can justify the cost! If you're looking for a new organic snack bar, give these a try! As a side note, I've been to Taos, NM, twice and love the area. Finding a great product made right there was really cool.

It’s real food. They list what’s in it and it just food. Nothing added you can’t pronounce or find on the shelf yourself. And they taste great!

Update: I contacted Taos Bakes customer support and they replaced the two boxes of bad bars I received from Amazon. I am happy to report that the replacement bars I received are the same delicious quality that I would expect from the brand. I will personally continue to purchase this product and support the Taos Bakes brand in the future.Original review: I initially discovered these bars in early 2023, and enjoyed them so much that I typically buy in bulk to take hiking, keep in my backpack, etc. My last order was in November, 2023, and everything was perfect. However, my most recent order in May, 2024 was nothing but disappointing. Did Taos Bakes sell out? The new bars have slightly different packaging, but the bars themselves are nearly unrecognizable as being the same product. Where the original bars were a pleasant, chewy texture, with evenly ground ingredients dispersed throughout the bar, the new bars are hard as a rock, have clumps of unevenly ground ingredients slapped together into a misshapen mess. There is a visible difference in the bars too, which speaks to the terrible quality of the new bars. I have posted pictures of the front and back of the original bar (1) and the new bar (2). Unfortunately Amazon doesn't take returns on food, so now I'm stuck with several boxes of inedible bars. I have reached out to Taos Bakes, and will update with any relevant info. As it stands, I would advise anyone who loved the original bars to not buy this new junk until Taos Bakes gets their product back up to the previous standard.

They are pretty tasty and made with much better ingredients than some other bars out there. I don’t eat them every day but good for a road trip instead of these gas station snacks :-) if you are trying to be a little more healthy.

Found these initially at a National Park gift shop that was in a remote location. We had not brought a lunch and it was going to be several hours before we could find food. Bought two of the cranberry ones and were delighted with the flavor and protein in the small bar. Kept us satisfied till we could find a meal. Recently saw they were available online in a variety pack, so snatched a box for here at home. So far I've enjoyed all the flavors. They are a bit pricey, but good. Plus I believe they are small business owned, so feel good about supporting them.

Oh my! I tried these first at a bike shop in door county. A little high priced but the taste was awesome. Found them on Amazon and now I am considering purchasing a large box of them! Seriously, if you like nutty nutrition bars, you will LOVE these! I wish I had a picture to post, but I already ate them all. Not one but tastes “off” or old (you know like that old peanut taste). I’m very sensitive to that and these are still incredible tasting and very filling. TRY THEM! And TRY THE OTHER FLAVORS TOO! I actually saved the wrapper from Door county so I could find more because I can’t find them around here. This is a very honest review. And I am in no way reimbursed or paid for any of this. Just boasting about my favorite snack! Okay, and I can give you one criticism. That’s if you are ALLERGIC to nuts, DONT eat them. That’s their only downfall I guess :) happy tasting.
