The USB ports stopped working. Also had to undock event time the laptop was rebooted or restarted and redock to get the USB ports to be active when they were still working. Loved the concept but had to return it.

Not a great experience with this. I thought it was doing ok, but within a week of normal use, the Type A USB Slots just stopped working. No charge emits from them at all. I've had to move Type A slots to direct power outlets. Ugh!For the price, that's a bad result! I have received longer durability from the $80 side port docks I've been using for the past 12 months.Secondly, you may want to consider that the new Apple Big Sur release doesn't support 2 x monitors, so this dock is kind of pointless if you wanted to use three screens on a Mac unless you want to stay on a lower OS.
