Now you might ask if it works great why did I need support. Well you see the new laptop from HP I bought comes locked down in S mode which I never heard of. (Once again Microsoft screws their loyal customers.) When i went to set it up I couldn’t load drivers or find the purchase ID number. I called support and Byron answered the call and saved the day. He was excellent and new exactly what to do. It didn’t take more than a few minutes for the call to connect. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Again great printer, does exactly what I wanted and great support from Byron.

I had some difficulty printing but angelo from tech support helped download the correct driver for the printer. Print is good quality and customer support is great.

I ordered for my office but I couldn’t print one copy card cause it didn’t work. they returned the product when I shipped it back …now it’s a trash in my office

The printer works great. Wish the pictures printed a little clearer but overall happy with the machine and software. The software stopped allowing me to open files, so I called tech support and spoke with Byron who was very helpful. He fixed everything quickly and I was able to open files and print once again.
