Spider & web rub off update
The instrument plays OK not as good as my concert Uke (intonation off a bit) It is pleny loud and sounds very much like a banjo (duh). Fret markers are just stenciled on neck (not a good look). Frets are very rough on edges. The major disaapointment was the spider and web are printed on the outside of the clear face and rubs off very easily. One of the main reasons I chose this model was for the spider graphic but I fear it will be gone soon. Just installing the bridge caused major damage to the graphic. Why wouldn't they put the graphic on the inside where it can't get damaged! That is my main reason for the 2 rating.I chatted with Amazon support about the graphic issue and they informed me it is printed on the outside of the drumhead as standard practice.I contacted Kmise about the problem via email 3 times and sent a photo (at their requset) finally got a response that said they can't help me. So much for standing behind your product or customer support. I reluctantly returned the item for a refund. If the graphic is the main reason you might conder this instrument, I would not recommend purchasing it.

Very happy with this instrument
Really good for the beginner player. Extremely good value for the price and accessories included. Remember to install the bridge before tuning the instrument.

Quality instrument and quality service
The item arrived promptly and in very good packaging. The instrument was well made and with added extras of tuner etc. Unfortunately, as a gift I purchased the wrong instrument and asked for a return/refund. This was not a problem and again I had prompt quality customer service.

Fun and interesting
The design won me over with the spider design. I didn't realize that I had to attach the bridge, but it was easy. It's nice and solid, but the drumhead is clear plastic. It still sounds good though. My only real complaint is that it goes out of tune easy. I have to retune it every day. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great sound from this banjolele
Fantastic. Looks great on the rack with its 4 companions. Now I have to learn how to play it. Nicely finished product. Sounds great.
