BANDAI Hobby HG Gundam Gusion Gundam IBO Building Kit (1/144 Scale)

This product was sturdy, unique, and fun to put together!Cosmetically, the sledgehammer was the coolest feature. It's a very unique weapon, that I thoroughly enjoy. It was one of the highlighting points for me to buy this item. The frame itself is moderately pose-able, compared to others, due to its bulky design.This model was of average difficulty to put together. Most of the pieces are on the larger side (compared to most other Gundam models). This is a bulky model, but I think that it only adds to the collection.The kit included six runners, which is about the average amount of pieces for a HG Gundam model.There are plenty of spaces on the model to apply marker to, further highlighting its already-unique design. Five stickers are included, adding a little more detail. I applied all of the stickers to the model, as you can see in the attached photos.This model was VERY cheap and affordable!The only thing I would opt for would be for it to be in higher grade. But this one was a fun, easy build.All in all, this is probably one of my favorite HG Gundam models.

A great little kit that is easy to put together. Lots of great panel line details and this was my second Gundam Model Kit and the first I panel lined. His articulation is lacking compared to the Barbatos HG I put together but really that shouldn’t come as a shock. It’s a bulky Gundam that just screams brawler. He’s not going to dodge in and out of the fight, he’s going headfirst into battle.

A pleasant little kit to put together.Sprayed in Mr color metallic green 50/50 with alclad chrome. Shading some areas over with clear purple. Mr color metallic green-yellow for the inner frame bits. Other bits in AK bronze, alclad chrome. Details using AK metallic waxes.

got this for a friend as their first kit, The detail is pretty good. The kit was simple, and the box came undamaged. This kit looks better in person although pose options are limited still a solid kit for beginners or fans of the design.

The HG IBO Gusion is a good kit, there is plenty of detail, and the articulation is passable for what it is, a big bulky turtle gundam. You get two weapons, a gun and a hammer. Also you get three hands, two standard griping things hands and one open hand. the kit has some good color separation, and the only details missing are the purple squares on the front.Overall, the kit great, and I would recommend it.

This is a great kit overall. I have to say I love the chunky frog-like look of it. A lot of Gundam kits look really similar to each other, but this one really sticks out from the rest.Pros:+Awesome hammer weapon+Distinct look+Low price+Lots of details to panel line and paint+Minimal stickersCons:-The green plastic feels brittle and nub marks are harder to get rid off-Shoulder pieces can pop apart easily-Big seam lines-Hands look too recessed, in my opinion-Big armor reduces articulation-Doesn't have the inner frame the other IBO kits have

Favorite kit so far! This guy is an absolute beast and looks fantastic panel lined. I had a blast putting this kit together and detailing him. He has a very tough look, like he could go to hell and back and it wouldn't faze him. Would buy again!

A really nice model kit for the price range. Not too hard, should be a nice build for most gunpla enthusiasts.
