Great Product but be aware of gas buildup in the can
This product works well. It's extremely thin and evaporates quickly. It was difficult to unscrew the cap from the can but once this was done there is a snap-in insert in the opening that needs to be pried open. When I did this for the first time, the insert went airborne. I used the product and it worked. When I went to use it a second time, the insert popped again but not as high. Just be aware of this when you use it.It also dissipates very quickly. You must be fast when using the product. I used a brush to apply it to the acrylic that I was gluing. It evaporates instantly so I had to re-load the brush multiple times to get enough of the product onto my project. FYI.

Git ur plastics bonded here folks!
Amazing product, but very difficult to use because it's so thin. Make sure everything is set up perfectly and tape up areas that could be in the accidental spill zone. Have towels on hand. Drives super quick so you don't need to clamp too long

Quick cure time
This product works as advertised but the surface tension is higher then water so went everyplace except the squeeze bottle so the extra that got on the acrylic stained it and couldn't be repaired. I used a glue needle and it worked way better. I also used painters tape to keep the material where I wanted it. It cured up nicely.

Not even worth the effort it took to research.
I have used many different types of bonding agents. Everything from the cheapest pack you can buy at the dollar store all the way to the most expensive I could purchase like locktight, and gorilla glue. I typically like to find products that are specific for the project I'm working with. In this case it was plexiglass, or acrylic. This product was described as fast acting and strong and for a reasonable price. Or so I thought. It comes in a metal can which in its self is horrible to work with. There is a piece of metal that you have to remove in order to even open the can. Hopefully in doing so you don't damage the threads for the cap. It comes with a small bottle and a needle like tip/applicator and that would be fine if the liquid wasn't so thin that when applied to the material it basically runs all over it. Not good if you're looking for a finished looking project that doesn't require additional work in order to do so. Not to mention you will waste quite a bit just trying to pour the liquid from the can to the bottle. In my opinion you would be better off sticking with gorilla glue or locktight rather than this stuff. All puns intended.

First time plastic welder
I was skeptical this would work for what I needed it for but it did. The dry time was decent in the fact I was able to realign the plastic edges a couple times to make them flush before it dried completely. The applicator that came with the plastic weld was absolutely horrible. It leaked from the top therefore I had the stuff all over my project from the first use. Thank goodness no one can see it. The ease of use well is questionable. Pouring the liquid into applicator was messy but ok, the applicator was trash but if you have a better applicator I can see where it would work great. I'm going to use more on another project but I am buying something else to use to apply the liquid. Now I hope my project can stand the test of time.

Perfect for acrylic
I bought this repair a broken acrylic drawer in my freezer and it worked great . This is not a glue. It actually melts acrylic together.. the joint it creates can be stronger than the original material. It also works perfect on polycarbonate materials.. I have built many explosion proof boxes out of polycarb thick sheets for Boeing using this Weldon product.

This is what's needed to cement polycarbonate plastic.
This is not available anywhere in Hawaii if you're working with polycarbonate material. Thank goodness Amazon can ship it here.
