Item arrived with out a box.. my son saw it and it ruined his birthday present.

My grandson loved it , but I felt it was rather a lot of money for a box of plastic.

Disgraceful
This product is not worth £5 never mind £55. The actual fortress is cheap plastic that doesnt even click together properly. It has parts that are supposed to be moveable but when they are moved, the parts just come apart. Absolutely gutted grandchild on Christmas day as this product just came apart every time it was touched. I would want a full refund for this product and I would urge nobody else to buy it. Terrible product and complete disappointment as my grandson just walked away after a few minutes of playing with this collapsing plastic mess. Robbery. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMATANCES.

I purchased this early as my Grandson really wanted it for Christmas.He was so excited to receive it 3 days ago.However after playing with it today a piece snapped off completely.I was very surprised as this seems so unlike the usual high quality of your products.
